  • *NEW heated saltwater pool in Nov 2026 (not before). Luna is one block from the beach and less than one mile from 6 pickleball courts. Spacious 2000 sq ft with 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths with each bedroom having its own private bathroom. Master suite has a Kohler tub and walk in shower. All bedrooms have a balcony. The duplex is 1 block from the beach and footsteps away from Dunkin Donuts, Publix grocery and restaurants. The Pier is very close by and offers a bar, restaurants and shopping. Other features include granite countertops, 10 ft ceilings, 8 ft doors, lots of natural light, nicely finished floors and private garages.

Great vacation home

Great vacation spot very close to beach , just in walking distance, close to restaurants. The house was very spacious and nice and the owner was easy to get in contact with. My family had a great time together there.

Family Beach Vacation

We LOVED our stay here! So close to the beach and everything else. We walked down to the beach every day!! The house was clean, well equipped, & very spacious. If we ever come back to cocoa beach we will stay here! I’ve already recommended it to a friend as well.

Great spot at the beach!

We loved the spacious accommodations. Short walk to the beach. Foosball table. Wish we could have used the bikes in the garage without an additional fee. But loved our stay!

Our stay was wonderful. Just as described, the property is just steps from the beach on a quiet street, but still very close to dining and entertainment options. The house is VERY large, and a great value. It worked perfectly for our three-generation family, staying for a couple days to check out the space center and beaches before getting on our cruise. Having a bathroom attached to each bedroom was especially nice. Our tween boys loved the foosball table as well. Communication with Greg, the host, was always extremely quick, clear, and friendly. We cruise once a year out of Port Canaveral, and we expect this house to be our regular pre-cruise vacation spot!

Overall, this vrbo met our needs and had sufficient space for all of us. The location is great as it is close to shopping and a block from the beach. We appreciated that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The garage had some beach gear and we enjoyed using the umbrella at the beach. I do believe that the house needs a deep cleaning as the floors weren't the cleanest. There were missing blinds in the living area and we draped sheets over the LR furniture because it was stained. Kitchen was well equipped for our needs and the host was responsive and communicated when we reached out.

Great Stay at Cocoa Beach!

Everything starts with communication and Greg was on point. Smooth process and even let us check in early and a later check out time if needed. The house was an A and the private bathrooms for each room was a bonus since we had 5 adults. In the garage were boogie boards, plenty of beach chairs, a surf board to use and a beach buggy to carry things. Everything we needed to have a blast. The Dunkin Donuts right around the corner was perfect. Greg was a fantastic host and very attentive to us. We will return for sure.

We LOVED this space!

We had such a great stay with Greg! I traveled with my soon to be ex-husband and 2 adult daughters. Having the three bedrooms and three bathrooms was so great. The place was super clean and well appointed. Having a washer and dryer was a lifesaver! We were able to do laundry before boarding our cruise. We walked to the beach (about 1 1/2 blocks away), the Cocoa Beach pier (about a ten minute walk) for surf lessons, and ubered all around Cocoa Beach. It really was such a great space- I highly recommend it and if I return to the area I will be staying here!

What a wonderful family vacation we had at this home. It was literally one and 1/2 blocks to the beach, and the beach is glorious. The house was immaculate, very, very clean and very well equipped. We had everything we needed for the beach plus a lot of cooking utensils, plenty of plates and glasses, full size refrigerator etc. etc, The beds were all comfortable. The linen was all fresh. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us to either spread out or gather together to watch movies on a very large TV. And there were TVS in every single bedroom too. As I said, we had a wonderful time and absolutely want to go back. Thank you to our host.

The house was a perfect location for our family. We loved the closer access to the beach and beach gear provided. Greg was available constantly during our state if we had any questions. The bedrooms all had private bathrooms. It was a great place to stay.

Very Fun Location

Beautiful property located perfectly in Cocoa Beach. It’s a very short walk to the beach, Pier and restaurants with a grocery store across the street. We had a terrific time staying here!

The house was beautiful with a lot of open space. Having three bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and a private balcony expanded the living space even more. I was even able to watch a rocket launch from the bedroom balcony one night late.

Beach vacay

Greg's place was so nice, spacious and clean! 5 of us stayed and we had plenty of room to be together to watch a movie and eat our meals and also to spread out and have our own space. The location is great, just a block from the beach. Shops and restaurants are close by. We would definitely stay here again.
