Gorgeous Cocoa Beach Getaway w/ Pool, Tennis & Steps from the Pier!

  • Prime location next to the Cocoa Beach pier, walking distance to restaurants and shops, ocean front pool, great amenities, all you need is your bathing suit! We would love to host you, your friends and friends!

    Welcome to Cocoa Beach! This is a 2nd floor, well appointed 2 bedroom/2 bathroom ocean view condo with a location that is second to none. The unit is a stone's throw from the world famous Cocoa Beach Pier where there are a variety activities for all ages!

    Cocoa Beach Towers is one of the few buildings with an oceanfront pool so you can swim and enjoy a great view of the Pier and the Ocean. In addition, there is a front lawn with a putting green and seating area which is perfect for viewing rocket launches, sunsets or just sunbathing! The balcony offers an amazing view of the ocean.

    Please note that the daily pool hours are 8am - dusk. From 8am to 9:30am it is reserved for quiet adult swim time and 9:30 - dusk is for everyone.

Perfect quiet getaway, expectations were met and the description is spot on. Close to many restaurants. If you never want to drive anywhere, you wouldn’t have to. We also had the privilege of seeing a night shuttle launch. Highly recommend!

Perfect Getaway

This was the perfect beach getaway with my cousin and our moms. The condo was right on the beach, easy access, pool, and pier and restaurants in walking distance. Check in was so simple and Zareh was so helpful with sending information. Came with 4 comfortable beach chairs, beach towels, and kitchen appliance for easy at home meals. We will definitely be back!

The condo was very clean with easy check-in. The beach was large and low crowds. Cocoa Beach the town could clean the beach a little. A lot of old sea weed all the way down the beach. But the location is great and the pool clean. I would return.

Happy Palms is the very best, they have the best Customer Service. The best and the cleanest rentals available! Zarch is wonderful to work with. Cocoa Beach Towers is roomy, excellent kitchen supplies, well Stocked with other supplies, chairs, coolers, etc. Cocoa Beach Towers is conveniently located to the pier and many restaurants within walking distance.

Updated condo on the beach

Nicely updated interior with everything you would want for a beach stay. Really liked that they had pool / beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas. Clean. Good location with private beach entrance. 4 stars only because the walls were very thin and we heard our neighbors and upstairs residents. Zareh was very responsive when I asked if they could ask the neighbors to quiet down - which they did.

The unit is very nice with everything you need. Very quite complex. Nice pool area. I like that you need a code to get on and off the beach. No local traffic walking through. Some small issues. Master bedroom TV didn’t turn on and when you run the microwave with the toaster or coffee maker the fuse blows. Overall we would come back.

Very Relaxing

Loved stayed in this property. A really good size and allocated parking directly outside. Everything you need is provided from dishes, silver ware, dishwasher and washer and dryer and has access onto a good sized balcony from the lounge area and the mater bedroom. A very nice heated swimming pool that was never crowded. The apartment block is surrounded by very well kept gardens and has its own access direct onto the beach. Apartment in an area that we know very well, close to everything. We certainly hope to stay there again. Finally, must add that Zareh was so pleasant to deal with and extremely helpful.

The condo and grounds were beautiful. They had an elevator that was helpful. Close walk to the beach and pool. Restaurants were within walking distance as well as the pier and Publix. Plenty of lounges at the pool. The property had 4 beach chairs umbrellas a large cooler. I had an issue working the tv (my lack of technology) I reached out to the property manager and he responded within seconds with instructions! Kitchen had pots pans dishes glasses bowls. We were very comfortable and this will definitely be the place we stay from now on!!!

Perfect Location, Beautiful Condo

This condo was perfect. Exceptional location next to the peer and right on the beach. Short drive to cape Canaveral and within an hour of Disney and Universal. Condo was clean and had everything you need to stay comfortable and everything worked. Has everything you need for a fun beach day (which saved us a lot of money as far as towels, chairs, cooler, umbrella.) Check in and check out were easy. Host was kind and easy to communicate with and even informed us of rocket launch times the week we were there. Wouldn’t have seen them if he hadn’t of mentioned it. The place is not crowded or overrun with kids. Huge balcony. Only thing that I was slightly disappointed about was that the ocean view was minimal due to trees, but you could still see some of it. Would definitely stay here again.

Great trip soured the end.

We enjoyed the space, the pool and such close access to the beach. The end of our trip was soured by the water being shut off for the 2 hours prior to check out. The ONLY email I didn’t receive was the one alerting us to the water shut off? So no shower, couldn’t brush teeth before we left. I did go down and see there was a paper posted in elevator which we didn’t use/see. Seems there could be a better system to alert people and perhaps not have it done the 2 hours before check out.
