Very nice stay while waiting for our cruise. Very homey and comfortable. Loved the area. Very relaxed and laid back. Easy to navigate to various destinations. Location is great! This condo was in a great spot on a part of the beach that was not crowded. It was very clean, quiet, and very comfortable. I did contact the host once and she was quick to respond to our needs. I have no hesitation in recommending this property. Just be aware there are stairs for those that have issues and no dishwasher, neither of which was an issue for us.

The condo was easy to find and a perfect location to the beach, which is just steps out the front door. Walking on the beach at sunrise is always magical. The condo was decorated really cute and had everything and more that we could have possibly needed. It was great having beach chairs and towels on location. The beds were very comfy and I really loved how soft the sheets were as I've stayed at other rentals where they use the cheapest bedding they can find and the sheets felt stiff and scratchy. Nice bedding definitely takes it up a notch!! Teresa was very responsive with any needs that we had, and was kind enough to ship an item to me that was left behind. I recommend going to Jetty Beach to check out the cruise ships coming in and out. All in all, it was a great stay! I highly recommend staying here.

On the beach

I am so glad we found this place to stay. Clean with extras such as beach towels and beach chairs, and it was as close to the beach as we could find. There were phone numbers listed in case we needed anything. For my next visit to Cocoa Beach i will definitely stay here again.

Everything was great! Tbh i found 1 little bug in a drawer, but its literally a few ft from the beach and BIG water LOL by no means infested, the unit was very clean, comfy, quiet and safe. Ill be staying here again count on it.

Very good beach access on the North side of Cocoa Beach away from the "party crowds", but close enough to walk if you want that. Very clean, unit, roomy rooms, equipped kitchen. Was everything my 2 teen boys and I needed.

Picture Perfect

My husband and I traveled to Cocoa Beach to visit family and were delighted with our stay. This place is a gem—a great location with easy access to the beach and local attractions. Nestled in a quiet complex, it feels very homey and is just as it appears in the listing. We walked to the beach to watch a rocket launch which was very cool. Though we didn’t take advantage because our weather was a bit cooler, the rental has many beach accessories available which would have made a day at the beach easy to enjoy. Also, the communication with property managers was easy as they were super responsive. Highly recommend!

The property was perfect for me and my 3 kids. The only downfall wasthe AC was broken, when we arrived. They had room ac units. They fixed the issue and took the room units. It did not disrupte us at all, but no communication on the issue or when they entered the unit

Mostly quiet until 1000 PM then a neighbor or possibly neighboring building would randomly yell out.

All kitchen utensils needed were there. The location was AWESOME! I loved not having to drive to the beach to and search for parking- we just walked to the beach every day (literally 1 minute away) and could walk to the pier and the beach wasn’t crowded in this area either. We watched two rocket launches while there and you could see them clearly from the beach! Great view and so fun to watch from the beach. There was also several beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards in the apartment- so great to not have to buy or rent. I definitely recommend! We had a great time!

Excellent location and features

Very nice, updated condo with beachfront access. Within walking distance of many restaurants and night spots. Even more within a few minutes drive, including a major grocery store. Friendly, quiet neighborhood. The description states you must provide your own toilet paper, but there was plenty already there (maybe previous renters?). There is a reasonable supply of spices for cooking, most likely left by previous renters. Appliances were in good shape, but it could use more kitchen utensils (spoons, forks, etc) and the knives were very dull. Note: no dishwasher. Spacious bedrooms with excellent beds, although a lot of closet space was consumed by beach chairs, extra blankets, etc. Our only other negative was that the instructions for using the entertainment center were out of date, so we needed assistance to make things work. However, assistance was given quickly, so no big issue. We're pretty easy going, so no real deal-breakers for us. Loved the convenience, quiet neighborhood, beach access, and meeting so many nice folks in Cocoa Beach!

The condo was exactly what we needed for our weekend stay in Cocoa Beach. The location was absolutely perfect and being literally steps from the beach entrance was really nice. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet beachfront place in Cocoa Beach.
