Beautiful property with breathtaking views and easy beach access. We loved gathering on the two decks to watch the sunrise and spend time together as a family. Communication throughout from booking through check-in and check-out was seamless and attentive.

Best family vacation

This is the perfect location with the best views and access to the beach. The pool was perfect and the entire complex is so clean!! The room was perfect for the four of us - and the restaurants are all with in walking distance. We will absolutely book this condo again!!

Family Vacation

We loved the location of this condo. It was convenient to lots of great restaurants but was thankfully on a less busy part of the beach. The condo was very clean and comfortable.

Super clean, newly updated, beautiful view, oceanfront condo. Thoughtful amenities such as beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, boogie boards and toys. Comfortable beds and linens. Would definitely return!

Nice condo!

Three couples stayed in this unit for 5 days. It is spacious, nicely decorated and furnished. TVs in all 3 bedrooms. Beautiful view of the ocean.

Awesome time at Cocoa Beach

Our family stayed here over the Christmas Holiday and enjoyed this condo! Clean, spacious with plenty of amenities for families and a nice pool/ beach nearby. The only down side was the weather was cool and rainy a few days, but we still stepped out to enjoy the pool and beach.

Great Stay!

Spanish Main 64 was perfect for our family. Great safe place for our 1 1/2 year old to play on the balcony without worry. Clean and the beach was lovely and clean as well. We saw 2 rocket launches from the beach so check the space launch schedule when you're there! Easy one-hour drive to Disney.

Great Place to stay directly on beach

Check in process is easy, great clean place to stay. 2 balconies and direct view to the beach. Easy access to the beach and pool. It was very nice having beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, amd cooler included if flying and cant bring those items with. Perfect location, the beach was basically private away from the really busy areas. But walking distance to many things.

Spanish Main 64

Three Adults spent a week at Spanish Main 64 and it was wonderful! We enjoyed the balconies and easy beach access. Luckily got to see 3 rocket launches from the balcony. The condo had everything we needed. Bonus was a short walk to The Wisk & Grind for breakfast. Easy access - love the door codes. Nice elevator for those of us mobility challenged. Very comfortable condo.

Beach view and clean, attractive condo

From the balcony the beach view was perfect. The salt water pool was clean and the property well maintained. We had everything - kitchen and bathroom supplies - needed for a 4 night stay. This trip was to go to the Kennedy Space Center, only a 45 minute drive. Enjoying beach time was a bonus. Id give this condo 5 stars.

Updated Condo designed for a family

This was a stunning vacation stay inside and out. We had luxuries including a fun saltwater pool, spacious bedrooms and the two balconies were amazing! The short walk to the beach and views of the ocean were spectacular. We had an issue with the smart door lock at the beginning, but the small hiccup was resolved in a timely manner with a very friendly and professional maintenance employee. I would highly recommend this location to anyone, especially with children.

Summer 2024

I just got back from spending a week in cocoa beach. This condo is amazing and the owners are fantastic with communication and help whenever we needed it. The rooms are huge and everything just fits together. The beach is beautiful. You get to watch cruise ships set sail, rockets take off, and you are only about an hour from the theme parks. I will absolutely be booking this condo a get in the future.

Spanish Main Cocoa Beach

Great property with great views! The beach was literally a 1 minute walk. Spacious and kids loved it. Property was close to everything. I felt some rooms were colder than others with the AC but there are fans that helped. We would definitely stay again!

Highly Recommend!!

This was our second time staying at the Spanish Main and we will definitely do so again. The location is perfect, right on the beach and close to all the Cocoa Beach attractions. The beach is private so you have plenty of space and is so convenient. The pool is well maintained, I just wish there were some umbrellas for shade! The condos are also well maintained, all with ocean views. Everything is provided for you, including sheets, towels, appliances and beach gear. The staff are accommodating and welcoming and check in with you before, during and after your stay. All makes for a wonderful and memorable experience each time!!

Condo was older, but very clean. We had a couple issues, the ice maker never worked, we had to buy ice. The lock on the door failed to work at random times, but we were able to use the key entry. But before we had the code to the key entry box, we were unable to get into our condo for 45 minutes. Emergency number was not quickly responded to. But other than the couple hiccups, we had a great week! I would go back!

Wonderful and Relaxing Visit to Cocoa Beach

This is our second consecutive year staying in this unit at Cocoa Beach. We enjoyed our stay last year, but since that visit the unit has been renovated. We absolutely love the renovations and how they've modernized the condo. This 2nd floor unit has amazing views of the beach and pool, with a very short walkway to the beach. One of the advantages of staying at Spanish Main is that it is essentially a private beach. During our stay from August 15-20, it was very quiet at the beach and pool. Looking left and right way down the beach you can see the public beach areas and how crowded they can get. We shared the entire beach area with no more than 20 other people each day. The unit has everything you would need to make your stay enjoyable. We ate in the condo each day for breakfast and lunch and out for dinner. The kitchen is great for cooking anything you want, but make sure you get everything you need. It does not come with anything such as condiments and spices for obvious reasons. A brand new washer/dryer allowed us to come home with clean clothes and made unpacking a breeze. I could go on, but you get the picture. I would love to say don't stay here so we can save it for ourselves, but I can't do that. This 3 bedroom 2 bath unit is perfect for a family to use as their base in Cocoa Beach. The next time we visit the area, this unit will be my first check to see if it's available. Oh, and great communication with the host as well. No problems to speak of!

Clean rooms we did find some dead bugs on the sofa, and the last night in the master room the fire alarm battery beeped all night (that is no fault of the host.) Would love to stay again.
