Direct oceanfront 8th floor condo with private balcony on Cocoa Beach. The unit includes a full kitchen, king bed in private bedroom, 2 single beds in second bedroom, and queen sleeper sofa. in living room. There are 2 TV's are located in the unit; one in the bedroom and one in the living room. The unit is equipped with a washer and dryer and an oceanfront balcony. This room has a maximum occupancy of 6. Resort amenities include elevator, tennis, restaurant, gym, WIFI, game room, heated pool, hot tub, sauna, basketball court, security, and more.

In addition to surfing, sailing, shelling, Discovery Beach Resort is just blocks from the Cocoa Beach Pier, minutes from Cape Canaveral and the Kennedy Space Center. Orlando and Disney are less than an hour drive away.

This is a timeshare property, with weekly rentals only, turnover day is Saturday. Photos show a typical unit. Furniture placement and floorplan may vary slightly but all units are appointed with the same furnishings, decor, etc.

A credit card will be required by the front desk at check-in.

There is ground transportation available from the airports, and there is a trolley that services the beach.

Didn't want to leave!

The unit was exactly as expected. It was clean, spacious and well stocked with items to get us started (dish soap, laundry soap, coffee filters etc) Linens, including pool towels, all lovely and clean and fresh. The view was amazing and all staff at the resort were friendly and helpful. The pool area was well looked after. Hoping we can get back there again one day.
