  • Enjoy this clean and comfortable 1-bedroom beachside condo, just a 1-minute walk from the sand! This welcoming space accommodates up to 4 guests and has everything you need for a relaxing stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, large Smart TV, and free WiFi. Conveniently located near Port Canaveral, local restaurants, and Kennedy Space Center, it’s also a great spot to catch a rocket launch from the large shared patio bordering the beach. The building is undergoing improvements on the north side through 2027; Unit 305 is located on the south side, away from the work area, and guests have continued to enjoy their stays without issue.

This property was beautiful. A walk to the beach in less than 3 minutes. My only concern was there was no parking pass so I was afraid I would get a ticket. The police came by everyday checking tags. Also there is an fire and carbon monoxide alarm that beeps extremely loud every minute on the minute. I could not sleep with that noise. So I battled with a little bit of insomnia because of that noise. Otherwise it was beautiful. I would definitely rent again
