Surf Drive: Ultimate Beach Getaway for Families

Our family-friendly beach house is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun and sand. One of the few homes located just steps from the beach, our home has everything you need for a perfect vacation, including:

- A spacious living room with room for the whole group
- A fully equipped, large, open kitchen
- A playroom with tv, lounge and ping pong table
- A large, private backyard that's perfect for grilling and play
- Large master bedroom with king bed
- Only 10 min to Port Cape Canaveral

Location, location, location! Walk to the beach with no roads to cross.

The home is perfect for families and friend groups, but still feels cozy enough for two. We're located close to restaurants, shops, and activities, so you'll never be bored.

We have beach toys, umbrellas, chairs and a wagon you may borrow so you won't need to pack your own.

Nice place close to the beach

This was a decent place to stay. The walk to the beach was about a quarter mile down a quiet street and walk way. For young healthy people, it was no big deal, but I would not recommend for older people or anyone with walking issues. Thanks for letting us stay.

First, let me say that Chris is an excellent host! He was extremely responsive and very helpful. The property was exactly as listed. If you’re going on a cruise, it can’t get any more convenient. This is a great place if you have kids as there were plenty of things to do in the backyard and in the game room. Walk 100 yards and you’re on your way to the beach. Great place to see rocket launches. The cleaning staff does a great job… In fact, we left an Apple Watch and we were contacted and it was returned. We are very pleased with Chris and the property!

We enjoyed our stay. The house is as advertised, very clean and well equipped. A little dark out front at night and some coffee to get started would be our only comments. Thanks for having us!

The beach was very close! Very clean house and the garage ping pong was a lot of fun! Kids also enjoyed the swing set outside. Some dishwasher pods, laundry pods, sponge, plenty of toilet paper, and paper towels were provided. A few suggestions would be updated king bed and twin bed sheets. We felt we were sleeping on sand because of all the pills on the sheets. The fitted sheets were not enjoyable to sleep on. Also the twin beds were squeaky and may need new mattresses/beds in the near future. Our kids didn't really complain except for the sheets. Overall great stay! Close proximity to the beach was a huge hit for our family of 5!

A nice trip to paradise.

We drove out to Orlando almost every day, but we wanted to stay near the beach, so this location was perfect for us. Since the moment we reserved the property, I was able to get in touch with the hosts. I loved that they were very responsive to all my questions and concerns. We had plumbing issues on Christmas day and all the on the island were closed. I messaged the host and she responded right away. We loved that there were extra towels and beach towels available. If we come back to Cocoa Beach, we would definitely stay here again.
