Awesome Place

Zareh was so accommodating and went the extra mile to ensure our stay was a success. We pretty much made our selves at home and it felt like home. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for the fun at the beach as well as swimming in the very clean pool. Everyone is friendly and perfect neighbors. The view was better than any hotel on the strip and more comfortable then some 5 star hotels I have stayed at. The place is close to every place to find food. We plan on staying here again but longer then a week.

The TV in the Master Bedroom was not connected to the WiFi (wasn't working). Local Stations were good. The WiFi worked on the other TV's.

It was a great size apartment like venue. Location was perfect. There were pots and pans, dishes etc and cleaning supplies including paper towels and TP but no Salt/Pepper! No condiments. I understand not keeping condiments over from one guest to another but we would have loved having sample sized items to get us through a week. Maybe one pot of coffee? And we were disappointed that there wasn't a book of area attractions available. You know, maybe a folder with pamphlets. So we fended for ourselves and asked the local where the best spots were but really it was a fantastic place and I'd stay again in a heartbeat. I'd just prepare differently. PS bring your own can opener! They have really cheap, dollar store can openers that do not even open a beer bottle. I saw another couple by the pool return from the store with a "real" can opener, so I figure it is a trend. We never called the owners since we know how to open a beer in other ways but the Tuna can took about 15 minutes to open. No canned items after that! Enjoy! We were in 108, right outside the pool and it was wonderful.

Upon arrival, smoke detector was broken, insufficient towels, missing blanket, mold in the master bath/shower, restrictions on air conditioner thermostat (not lower than 72/73 degrees), one ceiling fan broken, etc. Some items were fixed the following day. I asked for a refund because my kids were freaked. It was denied. Our stay was miserable.

Right at the beach!

Great place to stay with your family as this place is a fully equipped condo with a washer and dryer in the unit as well as a fully stocked kitchen area (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, toaster,etc.). There were two bedroom and two baths (two single beds and one king bed) which worked great for our family (comfortable too!).... plus, it is just steps away from the beach and barely a block away from Cocoa Beach Pier. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The welcome and follow-up communication from Drew was excellent and greatly appreciated. We hope to return in the near future!

Decent condo near the beach

Place is nice and clean. Modern appliances and nice kitchen. Nice balcony but the unit I stayed in do not have any ocean view. There’s a bike rental near by and all the parks to the beaches are nicely kept. Walking distance to the cocoa beach pier. Only disappointment is it is not beachfront with beach view so the name and the description are miss leading.

Locks being added to access pool. Easy access to beach. Room had beach towels, chairs, etc. Room well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, all in good condition. TV had Netflix, huge bonus for my 3 children. Beach in good condition, morning surfers a delight to observe. Outdoor pool was a good size and depth, some shade in the morning and later afternoon. Beach umbrella was used to shade our youngest. Easy drive to good restaurants, Kennedy Space Centre, SeaWorld and Disney.

Excellent place for family stay right next to the Cocoa Beach and the Pier. The pool is about 15 yards and very warm. The living room is spacious and has some table games. Additionally, the apartment has all kind of stuff needed for the beach.

It was ok

I love cocoa beach, have been there many times. this particular room was the farthest away from everything, beach, pool etc. and barely any view of the beachc. And the second bathroom was in the bedroom, a little weird. no equipment to clean with so keeping the sand up was difficult, only 1 dish towel and the dishwasher was not the best. But we made the best of it.
