Long weekend stay before our cruise

Very nice, updated condo. Had everything we needed for a long weeekend- keurig, air fryer. Short walk to the beach. Beautiful balcony with perfect view of the ocean. Very close to Publix and great restaurants.

We had such a great stay! The condo is completely remodeled, very clean and all appliances are modern. We loved sitting on the balcony facing the ocean! Would highly recommend this condo and will probably want to stay there again someday.

Beautiful beach retreat

This property was beautiful, clean and thoughtfully maintained. The decor was kid friendly (not filled with 1000 decorations to worry about the kids accidentally bumping). Coffee on the balcony watching the sunrise was amazing. Great beach chairs and umbrella. Lots of books, games and puzzles. Everything you could need for a beach vacation. We watched a rocket launch from our own balcony! Awesome!

This place was heaven!!! Pics were spot on. Couldn’t ask for a better place, view, locale. We used to live in CB and very familiar with area so being the midst of it all was ideal. We walked beach, to shopping, restaurants-everything was right there. Owner was super helpful and responsive. Cannot wait to go back.

Family Vacation

We stayed at this condo for our family vacation and loved it. My son loved that he could see the water from the balcony as well. Place was clean and kitchen well stocked. We also had easy access to the pool and beach which was enjoyable. Would love to stay here with my family again. Loved it.

We were a bit skeptical pulling up to the building, but the condo was beautifully updated. The view cannot be beat! The location was perfect as in a mile from public busy area for restaurants, but the beach area was very private and super clean! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I will admit when we pulled into complex I was a little worried because it is older, but when I opened the door to this unit I was pleasantly surprised!! It was exactly like the pictures. Clean, nice furniture and a wonderful kitchen with every small appliance you could possibly need. Easy check-in with a very responsive owner. Patio was beautiful with new furniture and a GREAT ocean view!! Just 2 things I was unaware of because I missed it while reading about property, there is no elevator and it is on the 3rd floor, can be cumbersome with beach chairs umbrella etc but I would totally stay there again. 2nd thing was no washer or dryer and again not an issue for me but for some it may be.We had a wonderful stay in this unit and if ever back in Cocoa Beach, I would definitely stay here again!!

Hidden treasure!

The condo was very clean and well decorated.The balcony view was incredible. The location to a Publix was within walking distance and excellent eateries were close by. Beach access with a key is a nice safety feature and the door pin pad was convenient. My family had such a lovely stay!

Great Beach Escape

Great stay in a beautiful updated 2 bed 2 bath condo. Great views from patio and easy beach access. Perfect for our family - this place had all we needed to enjoy the beach. Beauty on the Beach!

Loved the beach, the sunrise over the ocean, the waves, the sea shells, visited Kennedy Space Center. We saw a launch take off from the balcony on our last night. The accommodations had everything we needed and more. Amazing time!

Complete Diamond!

This condo was absolutely gorgeous - the pictures don’t do it justice. It is also probably the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. The view from the balcony is so beautiful and relaxing. It was a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee, read a book to take a break from the sun, and amazing relaxing nook to listen to the waves. Excellent communication with the property owner. Extremely helpful and responsive. The location is close to several restaurants and tourist areas.

We loved our stay at Beauty and the Beach. Ideal location, quiet spot on the beach. Distant views of the space center, enjoyed watching the cruise ships depart the port. Condo is great. Fresh and bright and clean. Plenty of space for our family of four with two teenagers. Loaded with games, books, and everything that you need for the beach. Great kitchen, easy to cook in and well stocked. Enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony watching the sunrise over the beautiful beach and ocean. We were lucky enough to meet the owner who was gracious and kind and offered lots of local tips. You can tell that this is a special place for her and that they enjoy sharing it with other families. Communication with property manager was also great. Very personalized treatment, clear instructions fast responses. Great people to rent from. I highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful Getaway

We’ve stayed at the Diplomat property before just in a different unit, but this one hands down is perfect!!! The overall location cannot be beat. It’s down from the pier so it’s much quieter, less crowded and Publix is right across the street. The unit itself is exactly as pictured. Everything was beautiful, clean and comfy. Allan was always very quick to respond to my questions and concerns about the impending hurricane that thankfully missed us. Everything was just wonderful and very relaxing! We definitely plan to stay here again and recommend this condo to family & friends!

Beautifully appointed condo with great view!

The condo/apartment was spotless and inviting. Beautiful tile throughout, clean and beach cozy. The 3rd floor patio was spacious with comfy chairs and had great views. The morning sunrise was beautiful! The host was very responsive and we had no issues. The property itself seems older but the unit is up to date. We saw that some complained about the stairs which was not an issue for us, but may be difficult for seniors. We hope to visit again! Thank you!

Comfortable clean family beach vacation

This unit was a great experience for our family. It is clean, well-maintained, fully stocked, and comfortably furnished. We had a great view of the beach from the kitchen window and family room with outdoor balcony. The beach was easy to access and not crowded, and we were located close to the grocery and many local restaurants. The hosts are well-organized and quick to respond to any questions. One great bonus is that they provide beach chairs and toys and many board games, children’s books and DVDs for indoor family fun. We have stayed in this housing area a few times previously and this is by far our favorite find. We plan to return!
