Cocoa Beach Club 224 is proudly managed by 'Happy Palm Stays', the top vacation rental manager on the Space & Treasure Coasts!
This beautiful coastal, split level unit has 2 very spacious bedrooms on the upper floor, 2.5 bathrooms (full en-suite and guest bathrooms upstairs and a powder room on the main floor) and an updated kitchen, dining/living room and large private balcony on the main floor. There is free high-speed wireless internet and an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the guest bedroom has two queen beds.

This unit offers the ultimate convenience of having private beach access, a large heated pool and a putting green. This two story unit is right next to the world famous Cocoa Beach Pier! The location simply cannot be beat! The pier is great for people of all ages. Whether you are looking to fish, play beach volleyball or enjoy a nice dinner & drinks there is something for everyone. You are also only a few minutes from the famous Ron Jon's Surf Shop, which is a top local attraction.

Important Accessibility Information: Please note, there is no elevator, and all units are split-level with stairs inside. Additionally, all bedrooms are located upstairs, requiring stair use. Please be aware, the property is not wheelchair accessible. We want to ensure you have all the details before booking.

Beach Get Away

Perfect property for a family. Everything we needed was included. Accommodations as described and very clean. Great pool (very big) right in the middle of the property. Just a few steps to the private beach access. If you are lucky like us you might get to see a Space X rocket launch from near the Cocoa Beach Pier which is just a five minute walk.

Beautiful property

This was our third time at Cocoa Beach and our best experience! The listing doesn't do it justice. Location was great! Most importantly, Alex was amazing! Better than any other experience I've had! I was truly going to stop using VRBO, but the experience I had with Alex may have changed my mind. Thank you!

Cocoa Beach Gem

Our stay at Cocoa Beach Club was very enjoyable. The condo was exactly as described. Beds were comfortable. It is spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. The balcony had a nice view of the ocean. Our stay was peaceful and very enjoyable. The guest service manager, Taylor was quick to respond to any questions we had. Check in was extremely easy. Would highly recommend this gem.

Wonderful Beachside Condo with Awesome Amenities!

This cozy place had absolutely everything our family of 5 needed. Our 3 kids stayed in the room with 2 queen beds and me and my partner had the master bedroom with our own bathroom. The kitchen was all stocked with all the cooking and serving dishes, etc. that we needed as we ate 95% of our meals there during our stay. The patio was great to sit on in the mornings (with a view of the pool and ocean!) and in the evenings after the kids went to bed. A couple of morning doves nested some eggs in the flower pot on the patio and we got to see the eggs hatch into 2 chicks during our stay! The closet was stocked with boogie boards, beach chairs, and beach toys that we used every single day. The pool was warm and inviting after a long day at the beach. Natalie was very communicative leading up to and during our stay. Our check in and check out was seamless. We had a nice covered spot to park out vehicle. We had a lovely stay and will definitely stay again if we come back to the cocoa beach area!

The condo was clean, and the location was great—just a short walk to the beach and pier. The pool area was fine, but it closed early and opened late, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, an okay stay.

EXCELLENT!

This condo was exactly as others stated! Super clean, everything you could possibly need for the beach, great location, pool and grounds are keep immaculate! We travel to the area 3-4 times a year and this is one of our top 2 places that we have ever stayed. Happy Palms management was so easy to work with and they check with us soon after we checked in to make sure everything was good. Don’t hesitate to stay here, you won’t be sorry!!

Convenient to beach

Had no issues other than someone was in our parking space the first night. A little frustrating when unloading. Place was clean. It was nice to have pool and beach a few feet away. Loved the area.. there was a lot of restaurants and groceries that were walking distance.

Cocoa Beach Club

Location is absolutely top notch. Great access to beach and walking distance to the pier. .Condo was nicely equipped and clean. I am a neat freak and saw some walls and areas around door knobs and lights that needed some attention.The extensive and repeated list of rules to the property seemed a bit much. Makes one seem a bit unwelcomed. Overall the stay was great.

Beautiful - This is an updated unit. It was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. It is close to the beach, pier, restaurants etc. Pool was warm and beautiful. Super easy checkin and checkout - parking was sufficient. Seriously - not a complaint one. The internet is SO SLOW - but that is a provider problem (Spectrum sucks in Florida). Otherwise - family wants to book for next year already.
