  • This DIRECT OCEANFRONT unit is located in a gorgeous complex! This 2400+ square foot contemporary condo is a corner unit and luxuriously furnished with every amenity. The private, wrap around balcony is over 700 sq ft. Enjoy ocean views from the kitchen area, living room, and master bedroom! Wake up to the sunrise, play all day in the ocean, relax on the beach, hang out by the pool, and then enjoy the most amazing views of the moonlight reflecting in the ocean. You won't find a nicer, cleaner unit anywhere in Cocoa Beach! We are located 1100 ft. from Ron Jon's and 1 mile from the World Famous Cocoa Beach Pier! We have a heated pool, direct beach access, parking garage, elevator, free wifi, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, TV's in all bedrooms, keyless entry, and outside rinse area. We also provide a cooler, 2 beach chairs, surfboard, and a volleyball for all our units. 5 minute walk to Ron Jon's and Cocoa Beach Surf Co.

This was a great place to stay for my family. There was enough beds that everyone had their own bed to sleep on and plenty of bathrooms for everyone as well. The kitchen was stocked well and we were sble to make several meals throughout our stay there. The view from the balcony was so beautiful and it was great being so close to the beach. The kids loved the boogie boards and sand toys that were available to play with. We had everything we needed there and it was close walking distance to a grocery store, surf shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend this condo for your family vacay!

Properties is spacious, very close to beach. There are a lot of activities nearby like mini golf and restaurants which are at walkable distance. The property was nice and clean. Check-in was easy and communication was also good. There is no facility for grill which travelers should be aware if they are planning to do any grilling. Beach access was great. Our kids enjoyed the stay..

Beautiful property! The unit is incredibly spacious with great amenities (pool, washer/dryer, kitchen, beach chairs, beach toys). Being in a smaller building, the beachfront was never crowded, so my family had plenty of room to spread out on the beach for fun activities. The owner was very responsive. There was an issue with the dryer, but knowing that we were heavily relying on the use of the amenity to wash/dry our clothes on a long trip, the owner was able to resolve the issue before we even arrived! Thanks for a wonderful experience!

The NE corner fourth floor condo had the best view of the beach, waves, and two rocket launches during our stay. The path to the beach (with a ramp or stairs option) allowed beach wheel chair access for one guest. Lots of space and seating for all the family. Easy access with codes to lobby and condo 401. This was such a great spot! We got to see 4 launches during the week we were there! The place is very well spaced out and large which was great for our family. The kitchen was fairly well stocked. All the stores were within walking distance which was great. One downside is that there is very limited parking. We had our whole family so multiple cars and the guest spots weren’t always open so it was a little tricky. Overall it was amazing and we are thinking of going back next year!
