"Upon arrival I was told that, I was told that even though I had a reservation confirmation, they were not aware of it. After close to an hour I was told that they had managed to find a room for us. An “upgrade”. I had booked a king suite and was placed in a room with 2 double beds. The upgrade was a balcony that looked out over a warehouse parking lot. The supper buffet was good, the breakfast buffet was average. The highlight was the omelette station. "

The lock on my room broke and when I left to go to neighboring businesses my personal belongings were left unsecured. The lock was fixed the night before our departure. We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. Money wasted. "
