"Staff was uniformly friendly and kind. Room and common areas tiled and very clean. Bed firm and comfortable. Breakfast delicious. Parking off street and gated/guarded at night. 5-10 minute walk to beach area. Standard room is pretty small."

Well located, close to beaches, activities, restaurants and only 45 min drive from Liberia Airport. Host was communicative and welcomed us on site. Reyna (maid/cook) was wonderful (first rental I've been with a daily maid service). Ian (the concierge) was helpful in recommending different activities for during our trip. Casa Timlin had everything and can't beat coming back to a sunset view after a full day of exploring Costa Rica. "
