Tropical Dreams is tucked in the back of Las Palmas neighborhood. It’s a small community of just 14 townhouses with a shared pool and covered rancho area. Situated just a 5-minute walk to two large plazas (Pueblito Norte and Pueblito Sur) that are home to many fantastic restaurants, a coffee shop, a grocery store, a day spa, a medical office, and more! Cross the street and you’re on the beach path, just another 1-minute walk to the beautiful sand of Coco Beach. You’ll find many, many more restaurants as well as shops, a casino, and 3 large grocery stores in Downtown Cocoa, just a 10-minute walk from your door. You’ll love the location and the ambiance of this bright and fun vacation home.
