"The location is on the end of the island near Bluff House. Keep this in mind if visiting during off season that you might want to purchase items to cook or warm up because the resorts nearby are closed. There are many nice food and beverage spots on island. The host l, Ashley, was very responsive and accommodating. The house is comfortable and well equipped. Would definitely recommend and return! "

"This house was beautiful and extremely spacious for our large group (3 couples with 7 kids 12-17). The downstairs was a perfect place for all the kids. They had their own kitchenette, bathroom, couch, table with chairs, and access to the pool and front of the house. We spent a ton of time on the expansive front porch, around the large kitchen island, and on the plush living room couches, watching movies at night. The pool was nice in the early parts of the day or later afternoon/evening as the midday sun made it a little toasty. Misty, the owner, was extremely attentive and responsive to any concerns or needs. We had a small issue on our arrival date with the prior guests leaving late, pushing our entry time back in order for her home to be cleaned. Misty responded with kindness and generous compensation. There is a dock at her other home (approx. 10min by golf cart) that is available if you have a boat. Sunset Pizza and Treasure Sands Beach Club are a must! The beach club serves lunch and dinner with a full-service bar, a pool for the kiddos, and access to the beach. I highly recommend renting a boat if you don't have one, to island hop. Big O's pigs on Nunjack Cay are awesome, Green Turtle, Guana, and Hopetown were amazing!!! We will be back. Thank you Misty."

"All the essentials, easy check-in and checkout, literally steps from the beach. AC worked wonderful the whole time we were there, and hot water ample. Groceries and especially ice are easily twice as much as they are in the US just beware. Would recommend bringing your own flavored water and energy drinks in your checked luggage. Everything was very clean. There were a few ants, but I think is somewhat to be expected. We used the ant spray that was there and had no problem after that. Chairs and umbrellas were available to take on the beach. The complex has a The complex has a very clean pool that is a short walk. Ivan was an absolutely wonderful host and available anytime we had questions. Basic kitchen items such as coffee, salt and pepper were available. Bathroom items, such as shampoo and conditioner also were provided. The unit has a hairdryer as well. I would suggest bringing an ice tray so you can make your own ice. A small bag of ice was 20 at the convenient Mart across from the unit. This is a very quiet community and if that’s what you were looking for this is your place. It’s a bit away from the nightlife in Marsh Harbor so best to have a rental car as the drive is about 40 minutes one way. The pizza shop that is a five minute drive from the unit is to die for! Best pizza we’ve had in a very long time. It’s a brick oven. One suggestion is to purchase a couple bottles of liquor in the duty-free shops before leaving your home airport. We definitely will be back!"

"We had a fantastic time and the owner and property manager were so accommodating! Communication was perfect! We had a great dock space and were just steps from the ocean!!! We loved everything about our stay except the road condition to get to the property. The road does not affect my five start rating because it is a community road and out of the control of the property owner! The cottage was exactly as the listing states and we highly recommend stay here!!! "
