Luxury beyond compare
Love villa’s wonderful location right by the ocean is only the beginning. Plenty of beach to walk on and great sunsets. Richard and Yohamna provided the ultimate get away by giving the best care for their guests. They have thought of everything from providing a car to luxurious accommodations. With very comfortable beds to extra towels! It includes beach chairs, beach towels and lots of extras. Richard is also available for questions and information about the island. Look no further for the very best place to stay in Grand Turks.

Love Villas The name “LOVE Villas”. Is not coincidental! What Love Villas offers embodies the true meaning of love noun: an intense feeling of deep affection: a great interest and pleasure in something. From the pre-planning to the moment we touched down, the white glove service provided by Richard and his team was unparalleled than any other vacation experience we’ve ever had! The curbside airport pick-up service, followed by a brief tour of the island amenities and overview of the villa kicked the week off right! The thoughtfulness of what Richard places into what travelers need on vacation is unparalleled! After a long day of travel the minute you step foot in the Love Villa you will be instantly rejuvenated by this pristine and luxurious Island oasis. Richard has the kitchen stocked with just the right amount of provisions to get you started! Each day was filled with relaxation, comfort and the most amazing views of the beautiful T&C water that is literally only a few footsteps away! I promise you will absolutely LOVE your experience!

Beautiful, relaxing villa
The listing is as clean and beautiful as the pictures present. Our family of 4 ( 2 adults and 2, school age children) had a wonderful vacation; from being picked up at the airport, to the lovely amenities and attentive responses from Richard, Yohamna and Joshi anytime we had questions. I very much appreciated the fresh fruit, bread, milk, eggs and wine that they provided us which made our first night and morning easy to manage! Having younger kids with us, it was nice to be able to cook some easy meals in the kitchen and on the grills. The whole layout of the villa was fantastic for our family. Our main goal for was relaxation and connection and this was completely accomplished here. We made daily use of the oceanfront property and snorkeled and paddle boarded. The floats and beach chairs/umbrellas were useful and we enjoyed them. We loved the convenience of the provided car and it gave me peace of mind to not have to plan for one other thing. We loved to tour the island, visiting various beaches and making use of the cruise center when the cruises were in port! Also had an amazing snorkel and stingray excision with Deep Blue charters and would highly recommend them as well. Overall, we had an amazing vacation and sincerely hope to return in the future!

I have stayed at many, many short term rental properties. If I were to rank them, Love Villas would be number one. The villa itself was spectacular. The villa was spacious, beautifully decorated with high quality furniture and linens, spotlessly clean with absolutely no wear and tear, and had every amenity you could possibly imagine to make your stay comfortable and fun - - from rafts, paddle boards and snorkeling equiptment to deck loungers, beach chairs and umbrellas. To top it off, each villa comes with the use of a new car. The Villas are just steps from a beautiful beach, clear sparkling water and a sunset view. From the deck, I even spotted a Humpback Whale. Large conch shells were easily found on the beach. Within a short walk from the Villas is a wonderful restaurant called Jurika's plus a fresh (as in caught that day) fish market. Richard was a phenomenal host. He was waiting for us at the airport and transported us to The Villas with a quick tour on the way. He was always available to help or answer questions at a moment's notice. He kindly stocked the villa with some basic groceries, a bottle of wine, freshly baked bread and a big bowl of fruit. Honestly, our stay could not have been more perfect. We will definitely return.

Perfect Stay
Not sure what I can say that hasn't already been said, but our stay was perfect. Richard was a great host and checked in every day to see if there was anything he could do to make our stay more enjoyable. I cannot think of a thing that would have made it better! The condo was lovely, a great setup for 2 couples, well stocked and is in a great location (far away from the cruise ship activity). The furnishings were all top quality and you can tell that the condo was built by a person with high standards in workmanship (Richard). The car was a great perk that made it easy and fun to explore the island. We are already planning a return visit (or two).

Grand Turk Fun
This was our 3rd sister trip to Love Villas. Everything was perfect as always. Richard and Yohamna have forgotten no detail. Their right hand man Joshi is the best!! We will return again and again. Love this tranquil place of paradise!!

Wow, What a Place!
Our visit to Grand Turk, especially our stay at Love Villas, very much exceeded our expectations. Prior to our trip, Richard connected us with local businesses & we were able to book some excursions. Richard & Yohamna were great right from the start as they provided r/t airport transportation. Before arriving at our villa, Richard gave us a complete tour of the island. He was very inviting, hospitable and more than willing to share his in-depth knowledge of the island & its people. He even drove us to 3 different liquor stores so we could find our favorite beer! Once at the villa, he spent time explaining everything we needed to know for our stay. Waiting for us were a fresh loaf of bread from a local café, wine, local beers, milk, eggs, fruit and Love Villas branded koozies - all complimentary! We stayed on the first floor, Turtle Villa. We would be remiss if we didn’t note that all 3 floors were occupied during our stay, but the excellent sound proofing of the building allowed us to not notice! During our stay, Richard provided quick responses to all our needs/requests. While roaming the island, friendly locals greeted us everywhere we went (restaurant owner Barbie, postal worker Idalia, and fisherman Kaki). We loved being able to walk to the local fish market just as Kaki was pulling up with his fresh catch & buy what we wanted (LOBSTER) to cook for dinner while looking at the mesmerizing ocean! And oh, the beaches & water! White sand beaches with unbelievably clear water in vibrant blues & greens! As for the villa itself, we cannot pay enough compliments to Richard & Yohamna for their superb job! Love Villas is jam packed with amenities & has all the conveniences of home. From the moment we stepped inside, we felt at home. The villa was immaculately clean with a relaxing vibe. Also, no need to pack anything but clothes & sunscreen as they’ve got you covered right down to snorkeling gear! Besides all these details, the best parts were: 1-We really were just nine steps from the beach & not much farther to the water which had excellent snorkeling. Plenty of colorful fish to see! 2-Where else can you go where a car is provided?! Only Love Villas on Grand Turk! (By the way, Richard’s best tip: STAY LEFT!) This truly felt like an all-inclusive resort, but better because of the privacy. We had the beaches to ourselves - our own private paradise! Our group continues to rave about Grand Turk and Love Villas & we can't wait to return!

A Taste of Paradise
Our stay at the Love Villa far surpassed our expectations despite having read the 5 star reviews prior to booking. Richard went above and beyond , even offering assistance before we arrived. Our travel was delayed by a day due to waiting on Covid test results. He offered helpful suggestions as well as even offering to help us change our flight from Provo into Grand Turk. Once we arrived in Grand Turk he was there to pick us up giving us a helpful tour of the island prior to checking in to the villa. The villa was exceptional and Richard’s great eye for detail was reflected in every aspect. He didn’t miss a thing in making sure the villa had the necessities for a relaxing stay. Even had a fresh pineapple in the fruit bowl perfect for our pina colada's made in the Ninja blender to enjoy in the insulated cups on the beach ( 9 steps from the Villa) in the beach chairs under the umbrella! Richard is not at all intrusive how ever just a stones throw away for assistance. The car was an added bonus for touring the island and the paddle boards for touring the waters. We so enjoyed our stay at love villas , loved the people of grand Turks and the beauty of the island. The only downside of our trip is that we didn’t stay long enough. We will be back and will definitely be staying at the Love Villa.

Amazing Aqua blue waters and VIP service
Everything about Love Villas is top rate. From the reservation communication, complimentary airport pickup, luxurious villa amenities nothing is left out. This was our second trip to Grand Turk and Love Villas. My sisters and I do a trip each year and this is by far our favorite place. If you want a true island feel without all the tourist traps this is your paradise!! Just a few steps to the beautiful aqua water and gentle waves. Richard and Yohamna have thought of everything in the furnishings of their villas. All the kitchen essentials you could ever want and luxury bedding and furniture. The outside amenities are just as perfect with comfortable loungers, weber grills, umbrellas, tables, bikes, paddle boards, and lets not forget the use of a car for your time on the island!! They are just a call away if anything is needed. We love the island with it's sandy beaches, roaming donkeys :), potcake dogs and grazing goats. We have found the people of Grand Turk to be welcoming and friendly. For a perfect tropical island vacation we recommend Love Villas for being the place!! We'll see you again I'm sure!! More than "Stunning!"
I can't say enough what a fabulous place Love Villas is and how gracious the owners, Richard and Yohamna are......without a doubt, more than "stunning!" Richard met us at the airport and had wine, beer, milk, eggs, fruit and bread from The Ridge (fantastic local restaurant; ate there several times) available on our arrival. He helped us into the Villa and spent time answering all the questions we had. He also offered to show us around the island, but we declined as we just wanted to sit on our back "porch" and enjoy the view. When not on the beach or exploring the island, my friend and I spent time relaxing in the condo while staring at the beautiful blue and green water just steps away from our large glass door.....what a view! The condo has EVERYTHING you could possibly need or want; to include: Kitchen items, filtered water, ice maker, toiletries, TV in every room, air conditioning, luxurious linens, water equipment, abundance of towels, beach chairs, beach toys etc. This is the first place I have ever stayed where a car was provided! Did not have to worry about dealing with a rental company or getting a taxi (unless we chose to do so). What a great addition to all the other upgraded amenities! Richard and Yohamna were extremely accommodating and always willing to assist in any way. After my friend and I had stayed a week, her daughter and friend joined us for the second week....Richard made sure the entire unit was cleaned and ready for their arrival.....he wanted to make sure everything looked as clean and fresh as it did when my friend and I first arrived! After the younger girls left, Richard had it cleaned again for our final third week. I want to also mention that not only did Richard pick us all up from the airport (2 trips), he also took us all back (2 trips); and, each time he helped with all the luggage and made sure things went smoothly while checking in at the the airport......he even came back to the airport to make sure we had the required COVID paperwork! I have had the opportunity to visit several islands and I can honestly say, Love Villas (we stayed in the Turtle Villa) is a "top of the line" rental.....the cleanest and most comfortable of all the places I have ever stayed! I would give it 10 Stars if I could and definitely recommend it above all others! Thank you for making our stay one of the best ever!

Amazing!
We just spent a week at the Love Villas, and it was amazing!! When we arrived at the airport, Richard was there to greet us and whisk us away to a week in paradise. First up, a tour of the island, complete with a list of "must do's." Never have we ever experienced service like this-so warm, welcoming, and informational. When we pulled up to the villas, it was like something from a movie-the beautiful turquoise villa located just 5 steps from the magnificent turquoise waters...never have we ever seen something so breathtaking. The villa was stacked with anything and everything you could need or want-right down to the awesome toilet paper! They have literally thought of everything! Insulated tumblers, bottle coozies, blender, awesome ninja coffee pot, tupperware that was so nice, I ordered myself some after using it. Snorkel gear, water shoes, beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, grocery bags, playing cards-you need it, it's probably there. Never have we ever seen a set-up like this before! When you first walk in, you become enchanted with the breathtaking views. The sliding glass doors open all the way, revealing a wonderful breeze and the beautiful sound of waves crashing. The furniture was beyond comfortable (we joked that you shouldn't lay on the couch unless you're ready to fall asleep!) The bed and bedding were amazing quality and comfort. There is air conditioning in the villa-3 separate units, but we hardly used it because the windows brought in such beautiful, natural air creating such a dreamy environment. We can't forget the GEM cars! These cute little 4 seater cars were so awesome for touring the island. We went exploring all over and that wouldn't have been possible without the car. On several occasions, we packed a cooler, grabbed some beach chairs and snorkel gear, loaded up the car and took off for the day. There is so much to see and do and we are beyond thankful that we had the car to do so. Never have we ever had such fun exploring! We enjoyed lots of great food and music. We felt very welcome by the towns people and greatly enjoyed interacting with them as we explored this beautiful island. There are lots of places to rent on the island--none of which will give you an experience like staying at LOVE Villas. Do yourself a favor and look no further, because NEVER WILL YOU EVER experience lodging like this.

Ain’t gonna Lie
We just returned from our stay, it was one of the best relaxing vacations in my 52 years.. the villa are beautiful..We stayed on the first floor my daughter and her husband on the third.. Richard was over and above with the hospitality he provided everything we needed and then some.. I forgot my eyeglasses and he found them ran them back to the airport..before we flew out, if we needed anything he supplied it with in a short amount of time. This vacation was one for the books.. We plan on returning again soon but will bring a carry on and that will be it. Lol You don’t need much just some clothes and sunscreen...

Luxury Vacation in Grand Turk
Where to begin! From the moment we booked this experience it has been top notch! We are Sandals members and decided to change it up this year and it was the best decision we made. We have to say that the service we received from Richard and Jo far exceeded any of our Sandals experiences! The island felt very welcoming from the onset and a feeling of home was quickly felt. The villa - well since we are in the construction industry we have to critique based on this. Top quality is evident throughout the villa. We stayed on the ground floor and loved the easy access to the gorgeous decks and views. They thought of everything from dual head showers, foot steps to shave your legs in the showers ladies, lovely granite and an amazing 4 panel patio door that opens the full width of the living area to bring the outside in! Multi A/C zones allowed for comfortable room temperatures throughout. The water purification system was another great feature. The villa was stocked with everything you would need on a vacation, the attention to detail is unbelievable! The gem car was the icing on the cake as it allowed us to freely come and go and see soooo much of the island. The "belongers" made us feel welcome anywhere we went and felt very safe. As we have travelled to many islands and have never felt the need to return - this one is an exception. Mostly because of the level and quality of service Richard and Jo gave. We will definitely be back!

The reviews from previous guests convinced my husband and I to visit LOVE villas. Now that we have we concur every comment in the excellent reviews is spot on. Better yet, we now have our own ehmazing experience of our wonderful and relaxing vacation in Turtle villa on the beautiful Caribbean ocean where we were lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves. We walked the beautiful beaches every morning and enjoyed seeing turtles and rays. We played with the quality equipment Richard offers; stand up paddle boards, floats and fat tire bikes and the GEM car. Richard is a kind and genuine host, taking great attention to the smallest of details that made our stay so enjoyable. We appreciated the wine, beer, bread, butter, eggs and milk he provided to get us started upon arrival. The linens and beds are extremely comfortable and the two headed shower a real treat. The locals are very friendly and welcoming, safety was not a concern no matter where we were on the island. We have travelled and stayed at many properties throughout the Caribbean but the experience we had at the LOVE Villa and Richard & Yohamna’s hospitality made this by far and away our best vacation! We will be back!

If Paradise Is Half As Nice.....
It is hard to pinpoint how to put into words just how nice the Love Villas truly are. Richard & Yohamna are the ultimate hosts. From picking you up at the airport to giving you a tour of the island and villa, their wealth of knowledge of local cuisine cannot be duplicated. The villa is by far the nicest on the island and in the perfect location for what we needed and wanted. No expense was spared and no detail overlooked to maximize your stay at Love Villas. To have such a personal touch with the guests Richard continues to strive to improve the experience, asking for any and all suggestions to create a superior experience. After spending a week here there was not one thing that we would change about our stay or suggestions that could enhance this tropical sanctuary. The water outside your door is pristine, one day we laid on rafts in the ocean for almost an entire hour without being tossed off or taken to shore, it is as if the ocean was content with us being there. The GEM car that they provide is the icing on the cake. This is a lifesaver around the island and only adds to the above and beyond amenities that Love Villas offers its guests at this price point!! I could go on and on about how great these people are and this property is but do yourself a favor and stop looking. This is the place for you, just don't book it on our week! :)

I stayed at Love Villas with my three sisters. We loved the quiet. Loved the beautiful property. Loved the island. I especially enjoyed getting them to a place without shopping opportunities. They admitted the lack of things to do was wonderful. Best of our 4 vacations together. The owners thought of everything we could need. I can't say enough about this place. Paradise Fantastic Stay
We absolutely loved our stay. The property was beautiful and had everything we needed. The beach was wonderful and so close. We enjoyed the use of the electric car. We were able to explore the island and eat at the recommended locations. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. This was exactly the trip I was after. Lots of peace and quiet and a beautiful beach. Fantastic!

Breathtaking, Amazing, too good to be true!
Richard & Yohamna, What a wonderful trip to your beautiful new Love Villas, one of our favorite vacation spots ever! Richard & Yohamna were consummate hosts. Prior to our departure Richard was very attentive to our questions and requests preparing for our arrival. He picked us up at the airport and gave a tour of the island. Upon arrival at Love Villas, he walked us through the many accommodations which included SUP’s, bikes, snorkeling gear, and water shoes of every size. Also included was an electric car. Functionality was intuitive, easy, and well thought out. He even stocked basic sundries such as eggs, milk, and bread for our arrival. Richard always answered or quickly responded by phone and accommodated our every question/need. As VRBO owners ourselves we were exceedingly impressed with Love Villas. It’s always a treat to have your expectations surpassed, they were...and we are picky. Simply the best. Backing just a few feet from a fabulous beach, views from Love Villas are breathtaking with sunsets beyond description. Decor, furniture, and linens were top quality, with great attention to detail throughout. (After all, he built Love Villas himself and spared no expense). Having two master bedrooms with two master baths made it a perfect stay for two couples. The showers are amazing! Independent central air units in both masters and the living area kept things very comfortable all the time. We often opened the back slider which opens the entire living area to the sounds of the ocean. A fully stocked kitchen with two Weber barbecues on deck made cooking easy when we chose to. The view of the ocean inspired us to cook breakfast every morning and take it on the patio. The town is quaint, quiet, perfect, and easy to navigate. The water is an amazingly clear turquoise. The beaches are beautiful and very uncrowded, most the ones we went to we had to ourselves. The locals are wonderful and helpful, and the food at local restaurants was fantastic. A vacation should be easy and fun, a great time you can’t quit talking about. This trip was just that! One highlight was running into Richard and his lovely wife Yohamna at The Ridge Cafe and pulling two tables together for dinner. Laughing, eating, and enjoying ocean views of both sides of the island. Thanks for making our time to recharge and decompress so easy and wonderful. A little slice of paradise
Our time at Love Villas was an experience that we will never forget. Located only steps from the water, Love Villas provided the backdrop for a wonderful week in paradise. Richard and Yohamna thought of everything to ensure a wonderful experience. From the paddle boards to the snorkel gear to the bikes to the electric vehicle available during our stay, the amenities available were unparalleled. The electric vehicle allowed us to easily explore the island and experience all the island has to offer. We enjoyed experiencing the various restaurant options, visiting the local fish market, diving, snorkeling, fishing and generally tooling around the island. The picturesque blue waters just steps from the backdoor was an experience unto itself. It was so refreshing to awake each morning to the gorgeous views. The attention to detail at Love Villas was noticeable and appreciated with the villa designed and decorated to ensure comfort and relaxation. Leading up to our stay, Richard and Yohamna were extremely responsive and willing to answer any question. Richard and Yohamna call Grand Turk home and are excited to share the island which made the experience even better. Celebrity Type Experience for an Amazing Value
Turks and Caicos draws top celebrities and executives because it is absolutely exquisite. Water like no where else in the world, as well as kind and generous islanders make it a top-notch destination. I am not a celebrity, however, just a discerning traveler who appreciates exceptional value. We have traveled all over the world and stayed at many different resorts but Turks has long been on our list of desired destinations. LOVE Villas made our bucket list vacation a reality! LOVE Villas on Grand Turk (a small inter-island flight from Providenciales, which I was previously terrified of, but would totally do again because its fast, smooth and not nearly as scary as I thought it would be) allowed us to have our favorite vacation EVER while totally feeling like we were famous celebrities. From the private airport pick up, to the details of the villa and amenities, Richard has spared no expense to create a luxurious experience that will pass the snuff test of the most discerning travelers. Each Villa is immaculately scrubbed between guests, including the vents and air conditioners. The linens, furnishings and details are all of highest quality. Everything looks and smells brand new. And Richard provides customer service which rivals any custom concierge experience. Long walks on the beach, paddle-boarding, snorkeling as well as our favorite restaurant (Bohio Resort) are all available just steps out your door. The water, beach and view are breathtaking and photos do not even begin to capture their true idyllic beauty. If you want an experience of a lifetime you must add LOVE Villas Grand Turk to your list. We cannot wait to return! Oh and if you have stopped on a cruise ship, that doesn't even begin to show you the true Grand Turk experience. Thank you Richard for providing an experience out of reach for most of us who aren't celebrities or high-level executives. Please keep it that way. Property was everything that was advertised and way more. Richard, the owner spared no expense to furnish and stock this unit. It sits right on the beach it is beautiful. We like Beach vacations and this was the best one we've had so far. We don't like to go anywhere twice because there's so many places to visit, but we're going back next year.

Dream Vacation
Our first visit to The Love Villas was nothing short of amazing. Firstly, Richard is the consummate host...from the complimentary airport pick, and tour around the island, until farewell at airport drop off, he was always friendly, cheerful, attentive, and genuine. We arrived as a party of four, two adults and two teenage children, and over the next two weeks, we had different children leaving/arriving, and through it all he accommodated us without hesitation. Our Villa... Turtle Villa..ground floor...is beyond compare. Its proximity to the beach/water is unrivaled. All furnishings, appliances, and the villa itself are top of the line. Quality of construction, and materials are more than evident from the minute you arrive. No expense nor detail has been spared. Water shoes, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, floaties, snorkel gear, paddle boards, bicycles, all the way up to the electric cars, cover all one's needs out of doors. Richard's insight as to where and what nights to eat at all the restaurants was much appreciated. He was always available to answer any questions that arose, either by email..text...or in person when he dropped by. Conversations at the villa with Richard were always engaging, and I enjoyed meeting and chatting with Yohamna as well. In short, our experience on Grand Turk at the Love Villas is unparalleled. I honestly believe one could travel the world and not find as complete a package. The beach, the water, and the Villas proximity to those are amazing. Grand Turk's proximity to North America, the ease of travel, personal safety on the Island, food choices,and especially the Love Villas all combined to make a dream vacation for our family. "Pinch me"- lovely sunsets, stunning beach, blue water and 5 star condo with an amazing view.
Feb. 2019- the first morning I woke up in the "Love Villa"- I had to pinch myself- the view, the beach and wonderful accommodations were better than perfect. We were greeted by Richard (best host and so helpful and friendly)- at the airport and we enjoyed everyday on the quiet, beautiful, clean beaches of Grand Turks. If you are wanting to unplug, be pampered in a luxury condo and walk 10 feet to a pristine ocean- this is your place. We had all the "toys" to play in our front door blue water and enjoyed daily walks finding corral and pretty shells. An added bonus - our own cute "gem car" to tool around the island and explore new places. Thank-you, for a wonderful vacation and memories that will last forever- we'll be back!

How can we top this next year!!
As we prepared to leave the Villa for our trip home, we all agreed this trip would be very hard to top! Our stay was one of the most relaxing and stress free. Richard made himself available before the trip, and during, for our many questions. He picked us up at Grand Turk airport and gave us a tour of the island before dropping us at the Villa. We pre-ordered groceries, and of course, a few beverages. Both were at the Villa waiting for our arrival. The Villa is beautiful. Everything you will need to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. Beautifully decorated with top end appliances. We made breakfast every morning and it was a joy to cook in the kitchen. You don’t need to worry about brining anything other than liquor and the food you want to enjoy. The Villa has cookware, dishes, glassware, bakeware, thermo mugs, coolers, paddle boards, snorkel equipment, water shoes, and towels. There is even a washer and dryer so you can pack lighter. The king size beds are very comfortable and there are TV’s in every room. We finally figured out how to find the music channels so we could listen to music in the evenings and watch the sunset from the deck. The beach is beautiful, and you have your choice of sitting on the beach with beach chairs and umbrellas or sitting on the deck with very comfortable lounge chairs. Richard also added a hi-top table and chairs to the deck, which gave us a perfect place to enjoy coffee and our breakfast. The location is perfect. One of the popular snorkeling spots is just a few yards off the beach in front of the Villa. We even saw whales one morning from the deck. It’s also a short walk down the street to shop for souvenirs. For exploring the island, you have the use of an electric car. We visited all the local attractions and many of the restaurants. We had a lot of fun and always felt safe on the island. Richard picked us up at the Villa and took us back to Grand Turk airport for our trip home. As we reminisced about our great experience during the trip, we all agreed this would be a hard trip to top. So maybe…we just book again for next year!! I hope you enjoy your vacation as much as we did!

Love Villas are simply one of the most stunning properties in the Caribbean!
My wife and I had the pleasure of spending almost the entire month of January in "Turtle", the first floor of the Love Villas. A short review cannot begin to reflect how unique and ideal this property is, which is a reflection of 3 things- the beauty of the island itself, the construction/ location/ furnishing of the villa, and the consummate attention and care of the owner, Richard. Grand Turk provided a setting of ideal water temperature, multiple hues of blue, long stretches of empty beaches, easy bike rides and quaint walking adventures through the town, and delightful local people. Every day we snorkeled right outside our living room in front of the villa, walked the beach for hours during the day, read books while sitting on the veranda or under the beach umbrellas, and simply enjoying Caribbean life. The island itself is safe, quaint, friendly, with ample restaurants and stores nearby, but with a pleasantly isolated feel. The scattered cruise ships that port on the other end of the island never impact the serenity and quietness of the villa and beach. The new villa, incredibly designed and constructed, reflects the attention to detail of the owner. Everything has been considered, from cabinets, appliances, cooking necessities in the kitchen, open living room, quiet bedrooms with plush beds and pristine bathrooms. We cooked fish and lobster on the outside grill, blended drinks in the kitchen, and enjoyed fresh coffee. We had no problem with noise from the other villas, and in fact really appreciated meeting several couples and families coming and going throughout our long stay. Certainly the key factor to the perfection of this beach vacation is the care which Richard exudes to his guests. He was there to pick us up at the airport, deal with a baggage delay, and walk us through all the pleasantries of the villa. Throughout the rest of our month vacation he would unobtrusively stop by, making sure we had everything we needed, giving helpful advice on restaurants, snorkeling, biking (with included bikes), cruising about with our GEM car (provided by Richard), and any other imaginable need. Time and again, as we ran across people throughout the island, the common commentary was “ah, you’re staying at the best place on the island!”, and “Richard is so honest, impressive, and smart in how he built his building”. If you’re looking for beautiful waters, tranquil days, and a stellar caretaker, this is the place for you!
