First visit to Grand Turk
The villa was well appointed with attention to every detail. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine, a loaf of artesian bread, a dozen eggs, a few beers and an assortment of fresh fruit in the villa. Yohamna took the time to drive us around the island for a quick tour and catch a great sunset over the ocean and made reservations at the Ridge cafe for us. If you want to get away and worry about nothing and just relax on a beach, this is the place!

Amazing!
I've stayed at many VRBO's and I would rate this one as my absolute favorite. The location is beautiful. The unit was very clean. The property owners were great. They were extremely accommodating. I would highly recommend this property.

GODS Great Beauty
If you have never rented an overseas rental have no doubt this property is all you need. Everything you read is 100% accurate and more. The hosts for the property go above and beyond what you would expect from the moment you book. We tried something new, we always stay at a resort or hotel and wanted something different. Our stay was 12/24-12/31/23, weather was amazing, water was clear and every shade of blue, beach was clean, villa and car clean and never once heard from our teenager he was board or hungry. The property and island are true paradise (you read this on all the reviews, but it is truly a beautiful creation from God) and we had the best vacation ever. Beds are better then any hotel, all your cooking needs, beach towels, shower amenities, cooler, ice packs, laundry soap, grilles, reusable bags, beach gear, car, your own tour of the island and so much more. Everyone on the island is very friendly, no beach haggling, and we felt safe our entire stay. If you are are looking for a one of a kind experience and want to view the wonderful island of Grand Turk, book this villa before someone else gets your dates! We will be back!

Unforgettable Island Retreat: A Grand Turk Gem!
"We had an incredible stay at this villa on Grand Turk! The host was not only exceptionally kind but also a wealth of information about the island. His recommendations for restaurants, swimming spots, and insights into Grand Turk's history truly enriched our experience. The property manager was equally wonderful, displaying kindness and hard work throughout our stay. The villa itself was impeccable—clean, well-kept, and provided a comfortable haven during our vacation. The pictures posted on the Love Villas and VRBO websites mirrored the stunning online imagery! The added convenience of having a car provided made exploring the island incredibly easy. One of the highlights was definitely the delicious food available, and the opportunity to snorkel and paddleboard right off the beach added an exciting dimension to our stay. Additionally, the proximity to a fresh fish market was a delightful bonus for those seeking local flavors. Everyone on the island was very welcoming. Overall, this villa provided the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and local experiences. It's a good thing the S.S. Minnow did not get stranded on Grand Turk Island. Gilligan and crew would never have left the LOVE Villas, and we would not have discovered the best vacation spot ever. With multicolored blue water views from your balcony or private beach, Richard and Yohamna have created a stress-free oasis. You are picked up at the airport and given a tour of the island before they leave you at your immaculate and luxurious villa along with your own car to travel around. They even stock the villa with essentials to get you through your first day. But why you would need to leave the villa is a mystery since it has everything you need. A private beach with chairs, umbrellas and water toys, along with a lounge area outside to enjoy your meals. But if you decide to venture out, there is a fresh seafood market a block up the street where the local fishermen sell you the catch of the day (can you say lobster?!). The island has much to offer and is worth the time to explore. However, we found the LOVE villas were the catch of the year. Richard knows everyone on the island so he can provide you with contacts to ensure a complete vacation. We took advantage of his recommendation to use Captain Tim for a private charter to enjoy a wonderful day on the water. Awesome snorkeling and a once in a lifetime experience with stingrays. The LOVE Villas is better that retirement for these castaways.

Love Villas is an amazing accommodation. It was sparkling clean and extremely well maintained. It was spacious with plenty of room for 4. The balcony on the 2nd floor has an outstanding view of the ocean and the beach and it is private enough to allow undisturbed enjoyment of the view. The extras provided, the rental car, the eggs, wine and beer in the refrigerator, the freshly baked bread, were above and beyond what is available from other places. The airport shuttle service, provided by the hosts, and the tour of Grand Turk island was much appreciated. The hosts, Richard and Jo, were beyond friendly and helpful, providing much valuable information about available activities and restaurants. Joshi, their maintenance man was friendly and extremely polite and promptly responded to all requests. Love Villas is definitely the place to stay when visiting Grand Turk!

Richard and his wife are lovely hosts. They picked us up from the airport upon arrival and gave us a quick island tour. Their condo is literally on the beach and so beautiful and clean! You get a beautiful view of the ocean as well. It is a great place to relax swim eat and sleep! Highly recommend this stay!! The people are warm and friendly as well .

Snorkel, Relax, Eat, Enjoy Beach, Repeat..that is what we were looking for and we got that and more! This home is exceptional! Everything we could possibly need was provided. Owners provide so many extras it made for light packing. Everything in the home was top notch. They have thought of everything you might need and provided it!! We absolutely loved it! We saved money on excursions as there was just no need with having so much right there. The snorkeling right in front of the home was terrific! We loved having a car to tool around in and loved that when cruise ships were in town, we could walk down to all the shops that opened up. The people of Grand Turk are the most hospitable and friendly! We can't wait to come back! Favorite spots to eat for us were Sand Bar, Osprey and The Ridge Cafe. We also loved ordering meals delivered from Island Breeze for days we just wanted to not worry about leaving the beach or cooking. Just can't beat this place! And we have stayed at many! Love Villas = Heaven on earth
Wow ,Where do I begin? My husband and I just returned from spending 8 nights in the seahorse villa for our honeymoon, from early on in the booking process I knew this place was going to be special and boy was I right! My first words were I am never going to want to leave.. The pictures online are beautiful but honestly it is even prettier in person .Sparkling clean ,all the extra details in the craftmanship did not go unnoticed, and really shows the pride Richard and Yohamna have in their place, Love Villas exceeded all other vacation rentals we have stayed at. The towels and other items provided are really more than you need for your stay. We soon realized we could have packed less clothes. The washer and dryer make cleaning what you bring simple. The mid week cleaning by Joshi and his cleaning crew was a very nice touch. Joshi works very hard at keeping everything spotless. The location was perfect and with the car provided we were able to explore the whole island .Everyone we came upon were very friendly even the cute ''potcake dogs'', We enjoyed diving with Nick and King at Blue Water Divers and loved the snorkel spot in front of the villa. It was fun to go see the fish every day. I can really go on and on about everything but I am sure there is word cut off point, We feel very lucky to have found Love Villas and can not wait to return next year. Perfect
I am really struggling to find the correct superlatives to describe Love Villas. As far as a VRBO is concerned these are perfection. Very clean, very comfortable, amazing views, great beach, fantastic hosts, so many, many extras included in the rental. Believe everything you see in the listing and the reviews. You won't be disappointed!
All of the reviews on this property and host/hostess are spot on. They have thought of everything you could need and make your stay on Grand Turk nothing short of amazing. From the pick up at the airport, to the tour through town on the way to villa with a complete run down of all there was to eat and what to expect from each restaurant, it was amazing. All spot on recommendations. His staff are as thoughtful as he is. When Josie thought we left something behind, he brought it to the airport for us. When our dive bag's zipper broke, Richard offered us luggage so we could get our gear home. On top of all the thoughtful amenities and wonderful communication, Richard went above and beyond for us. When my sister and I went paddle boarding and got a bit too far out, Richard came to the rescue. He jumped on the paddle board and went out to get my sister back to shore safely (and just before sunset). It was a scary hour or two and he really came through for us on a quiet Saturday evening when the beach was mostly deserted. It was life saving and I can't say enough about how grateful we are. Our trip was nothing short of spectacular and I hope to be back soon. Thank you again for such a wonderful vacation!!!!

Too good to be true - is REALLY true
We had a fantastic stay at this property. The listing is very accurate - if anything it undersells the experience. Richard and his team were all fantastic. At the ready with any needs we had - but they had thought of everything we could possibly need. From the pickup at the airport (yes you read that right they pick you up and drop you back off at the end of the trip - door to door). Also, the loaner car is fantastic. The unit is right on the beach, views are fantastic, sunsets incredible and it is fully equipped with anything you need/want. Restaurant recommendations were spot on. The beach chairs, lounges, floats, and paddle boards all made it like a full fledged resort. We were looking for relaxing and laid back and hit a home run with this property. We will book again.

A Slice of Paradise
Love Villas is more than just an amazing vacation getaway. It's not the incredible sunset views, nor the beach just steps away, nor the ocean waves soothing the soul, nor the comfy & lovely accommodations that make this place a home away from home. It's a feeling and an experience. The owners go out of their way to share the love that they found on this island with their guests by giving so much of themselves. Everything is so well organized and detailed. It was truly the most relaxing vacation ever.

A great island escape!
We chose this property for our Christmas holiday with our adult daughters (24/29). We had been to Provo (main island) in the 80's but Provo is much more developed now, so we were looking for a more organic experience. Richard is an great host. Very helpful with all of our questions before we arrived. He even took us straight to the market after picknig us up at the airport. We stayed in the Seahorse villa on the second floor. Fully equipped kitchen which we appreciate, as we do cook on vacation. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We loved having the paddle boards, floats and beach chairs on site. The car made it very easy to get around the small town for grocery shopping and dining. There are limited dining options but all were really good (we are foodies and rather particular). We enjoyed dining at Ridge Cafe, and the Turks Head Inn, but the Osprey Hotel was our favorite place to dine. Overall, it was a beautiful place to stay. The views are amazing, especially at Sunset. Highly recommend this slice of Paradise!

Honeymoon
For our honeymoon, my husband and I happened to pick the same rental…and chose LOVE Villas for our stay! We both wanted to get away from the resort atmosphere and find a quiet and relaxing place. We found GOLD in this paradise! Everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Richard is the most thoughtful, prepared and informational host. He provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around the area for a private tour after picking us up from the airport. When we arrived to the condo, Richard showed us how to work all the remotes and thermostats. He even stocked basic groceries (to include beer and wine) in the fridge. We loved the fresh local bread! The condo is really relaxing and welcoming. The color palate Richard and Yohamna used matched the shades of TURKoise and sun of Grand Turk! It’s so lovely! The kitchen contains everything you need (even Ninja blender and coffee maker!) to prepare meals and more. The bed is amazing and the patio is clean and comfortable. We loved having breakfast while watching the waves. The location was incredible. It was so nice walking down a few steps to get to the beach. I was worried about and influx of people from the cruise ships docking on the island but it was not an issue at all. There are paddle boards, floats, bikes and a car awaiting your arrival. The float was my husbands favorite! The shells and coral is amazing! Checking out the little beaches on the island is a must! During our stay, we walked most places to take in all the scenery (and because LOVE villa is close to everything). The locals are so kind and welcoming. The food is delicious (all thanks to Richard’s recommendations!) Lori brought us two meals and is a great chef, even made a birthday cake for my husband! Joshi, Richard’s right hand man is awesome! He gave me his number to call if we had any concerns or needed anything! He was present sometime every day to make sure every outside area was clean and organized. He worked on the grill so we could cook one night. I mentioned that I wanted a coconut and the next day, Joshi had brought one! We met wonderful people from the other floors and had the best honeymoon ever! Thanks for going way beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We will be back, Jasmine and John Speight

Paradise Found! Can’t wait to get back there!
This was our first trip to Grand Turk, we were not disappointed! Everything you see is just as pictured. It started with Joshi picking us up at the airport, who else does that? It was a great way to start our vacation. Joshi gave us a tour of the Island and when I asked if there were any flamingos around he took us to see them. He also stopped at the liquor store for us as it was getting close to closing time and they weren’t open on Sunday. Then we got to Love Villas! He showed us around and told us to call if we needed anything. The place was spotless and had everything you could think of plus food and beer/wine in the fridge. Plenty of towels, all the kitchen appliances you need, tv in each room and living room, blue tooth speaker to use wherever, insulated cups for the beach, two outdoor grills, and of course the views! Then they have paddle boards, bikes and our favorite, the floats that you can lounge on out in the water. Plus the car! We enjoy walking but it was nice to have the car to explore and run to the Market. The locals are all friendly and it is easy to get around, it doesn’t take long to adjust to driving on the wrong side of the road. The potcakes, donkeys and horses are all pretty tame and aren’t a nuisance at all. We enjoyed going down the beach to the fish market, one night we bought a Grouper and another we got a Lobster, nothing like fresh seafood, they even clean it for you there. We had guests staying above and below us and we never heard them unless we were all outside and then we were usually talking with them, all friendly people. Richard is more that a premier host, before our trip he was always quick to respond to any questions that we had. He helped us with getting our reservations to get from Provo to Grand Turk. We had no luck booking online and he went to the airport to find out what was going on, it was a problem with the internet that was fixed later that day but he took the time to look into it and called me right away to explain. While we were there he stopped by regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Gave us great recommendations for restaurants and was a pleasure to talk to. Richard goes above and beyond. Renting from Richard is like renting from a friend that really cares about you having a great vacation! If you are looking for a totally relaxing vacation with great views, beautiful sunsets then this is it!

AMAZING
All in all, best property on the island!!! We had such a great trip we didn’t want to leave!!! Richard is so attentive to all details and the locals LOVE Richard! And telling them we are staying at love villas they were always so excited to hear we are staying on the island and not with the cruise ships! The car was amazing and such a great amenity to have which we were able to get around the island easy, and have access to all restaurants and grocery stores. We shopped at Grace way grocery and they had everything we needed and more! The donkeys and dogs were some of our favorite things because we are huge animal lovers!! We all in all can’t wait to come back to this GEM!

The perfect getaway!
We could not have found a better place to stay for our anniversary trip. The location is perfect. We stayed on the second floor and the view was marvelous. Plenty of supplies such as towels, toilet paper, coolers, etc and super clean. The fact that the property comes with a car allows you to enjoy every corner of the tiny island. Richard goes above and beyond expectations. Superb customer service. We decided to extend our trip and while the property was not available, Richard allowed us to keep the vehicle one more day so we didn't have to rent one, that was very kind! We sure hope we go back and if we do, we will stay at this property for sure!

Vaca in Paradise
We enjoyed every moment at the Love Villa in Grand Turk. Our hosts (Richard and his wife) made everything delightful! Richard picked us up at the airport and was available to communicate with me throughout our stay. I was was so grateful for his guidance and suggestions for great places to visit. The Villa was appointed with every amenity and was supplied with eggs, milk, fresh bread and & fruit so we could relax immediately upon arrival. in addition I particularly enjoyed the fresh drinking water that was available through a reverse osmosis system and we stayed very well hydrated. There were ample recreational supplies for beach going, picnicking, paddle boarding, rafts, and of course the glorious beach was just steps away from our room. We enjoyed the beach so much we never got an opportunity to ride the fabulous bikes that were available, but did utilize the car which came with the Villa almost every day. I can’t tell you how much it reduced my stress to have Richard helping with flight arrangements upon departure. Island topping requires coordination and timing especially when you are catching connecting flights and traveling as long as distance as we did.Richard has his finger on the pulse of the island and simply knows the best way to enjoy and our vaca in Grand Turk was unsurpassed.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT
We had an amazing stay at Love Villas. If I could rate higher than five stars, I would! The villas are tastefully done in “Caribbean colors”, and everything is top of the line, from the indoor furniture, to the outdoor furniture, to the fully equipped kitchen. I have to say the mattresses were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on while away from home. A bowl of fruit, some breakfast staples, a bottle of wine, and a couple of locally made beers are left for you to start out your vacation. They give you a car for use while staying at the villas, which was much appreciated, very generous and likely something you will never encounter again. There are paddle boards, floats, snorkelling gear, beach chairs, umbrellas and bicycles for your use. When I say Richard and Yohamma really have thought of everything you could possibly need to make the villas your home away from home, I am not exaggerating!! My husband and I sat on the balcony every morning and enjoyed our coffee while watching the gentle turquoise waves lapping on the beach below. It was so relaxing and beautiful. When Richard picked us up from the airport, he offered to take us for a tour of the island where he pointed out various attractions, where we could buy groceries, the pharmacy, where we needed to have our Covid tests done for returning to the US, and restaurants, which he even rated. All great suggestions too!! Richard also suggested we check out Governors Beach, and even showed us a small turnoff so we were not on the busy area of the beach. It was awesome, we were there with only one small group of three. This is a must see! Richard was always only a phone call away whenever we had a question. It was never a bother he was happy to help. I had gotten a job offer right before we left and wasn’t sure I would be able to sign my offer letter on my phone; Richard offered to print the documents for me, which was much appreciated. If you have chance to visit… do it, you will love it!! We will definitely return to Love Villas in the near future. Thank you Richard and Yohamma for a spectacular and memorable vacation!! Our stay at the Love Villas was tremendous. The property is beautiful. Everything was spectacular. Richard and Dr. Jo are great owners who have thought of everything you would ever want or need in a place to stay. You literally need nothing other than your clothes if staying on this property. We were flying into Grand Turk and did not know how we would get to the property. We should not have worried though as Richard sent an email asking which flight we were on and he would be there to pick us up. We got through customs quickly though so we were able to catch an earlier flight to Grand Turk. Richard had all of about 30 minutes notice but was still there to pick us up to take us to the Love Villas. He gave us a quick and helpful tour of the Island pointing out the various attractions and restaurants. He even stopped at a health facility to schedule our COVID antigen tests that would be needed to re-enter the United States. Once we arrived at the Love Villas, we knew immediately how special the property is. It is stunning and unbelievable in terms of how nice things are. Everything you could ever need for an island stay on the beach is there. You are literally feet from the ocean on a very nice beach behind the property. There are paddle boards, bikes, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, snorkeling gear, and sand shoes. All of it is conveniently located and easy to access. The property itself is awesome. The kitchen has everything you would want or need if you wanted to cook. The two bedrooms each have their own bathroom and each have great ocean views. The deck has very nice furniture on it to sit and enjoy the view. Watching the sunset is a must. You can also sit on the area on the ground floor and enjoy the beach. There are grills as well if you want to grill. The living room is very nice with a big screen T.V. and satellite service so you can get any channel you would want. There are binoculars at the ready so that you can look out on the ocean. These are great given that Humpback Whales come to Grand Turk to birth. We saw one on our very first morning!! The fact that each unit has a vehicle is incredible. We loved driving around the Island and exploring. Governor's Beach is probable one of the nicest, most beautiful beaches in the world. The people are all very friendly and welcoming. Richard said we would want to stay longer... he was right. We are already looking for dates to go again. This place is SPECTACULAR!!

WE LOVE LOVE VILLAS!
This was our second trip to Turks & Caicos and to Love Villas - so that should speak volumes in and of itself! It's so easy to get to, the hospitality is the best of the best and the condo is well equipped, clean and just stunning. Grand Turk is way less busy than Providenciales....allowing you to relax and feel like you're really getting a sense of the island and how the locals live. The four of us rented a private charter from Deep Blue Charters one day and did 1/2 day whale watching and 1/2 day fishing. Such a great and informative time where we not only got to see whales, but some of us swam with them too! Amazing! We love having a car provided so we can tool about the island & explore. Our group is pretty "chill", so we enjoyed just the one excursion and then just snorkeling on our own. If you dive, I hear the diving is fantastic too! Fabulous place and spectacular hosts. Can't wait to go again. Did I mention we've inquired about a 30 day stay for next time?!?

Absolutely Wonderful
We travel all over the world and find that most places meet our needs. Love Villa’s does something different. They first anticipate your needs and then they exceed your needs. In case you think this is all hyperbole, let me give you some specific examples. Anticipating our needs as we traveled through an Iowa blizzard to get to Turks and Caico’s our connecting flights between islands would be impacted. Richard contacted the airlines for us and rearranged schedules ensuring we would not be stranded and unable to make it to our final destination. Exceeding our needs: the list could go on and on but let me hit some of the highlights. Transportation from the airport to the house is provided. When your tired from a long day of traveling all you’ll need to do is jump in the van that will be waiting for you. The house is absolutely stunning,. It has everything you need and more. You will be greeted upon arrival and even have some basic food and drink items provided. You can walk out the back of the house to the beach and into the stunningly beautiful blue water. You can grab a float, SUP, or snorkel all which are provided. The grocery store and restaurants are within walking distance but if you want to your the island, just take the car that is provided.( yes you read that right). The internet is great, a TV in every room, books to read, comfortable furniture and amazing showers. Clearly, we are huge fans of Love Villas and the home away from home that Richard and his wife have created in one of the most beautiful places you’ll ever have the privilege of going. Get there as soon as you can, stay longer than intended, you won’t regret it.

Pure luxury
My husband and I had a wonderful time at love Villas. It was pure luxury through and through. We had some tremendous dives with oasis divers, we saw sharks on every dive along with turtles who were very friendly. The condo was very warm and inviting and was luxurious through and through. Absolutely amazing!
We had such a wonderful stay at Love Villas! Everything in the home is top of the line, Richard and his wife have thought of everything. When we arrived at the villa we had a large bowl of fresh fruit, local beers, wine, eggs, and freshly baked bread already in the fridge! Richard was extremely helpful with all of our many questions, communication was great. The car is a awesome bonus, just remember to stay on the left side of the road! On our last full day on the island we were on our way to grab lunch at the Sandbar ( which is a must) before our snorkeling trip when my husband hit a pothole and busted the tire. We made a phone call and Richard had it taken care of while we had lunch and we could carry on with our day. I can't say thank you enough for the wonderful place and experience We are looking forward to visiting again soon!

Recently returned from Grand Turk, Turks and Caicos and cannot stop thinking about the incredible week my wife and I just had there. Grand Turk is almost like having a private island to yourself currently without the cruise ships. I understand it is just as good with the cruise lines coming in, with a little more activities to take part in due to the traffic. We love Love Villas. Love Villas was icing on the cake to this lovely little tropical paradise island. Richard was an incredible host, always available when needed and has everything you could possibly need available at your fingertips at the location. My wife spent a few days at Beaches in Turks and Caicos and we spent the rest of a week at Love Villas in Grand Turk. She actually preferred Love Villas over the room at the resort. I was impressed with other reviews here on vrbo before booking and can confirm, they are all true!! From comfort, to peace, to a tropical paradise, to great food recommendations on the island, we were 100% satisfied with our decision to stay in Grand Turk at Love Villas. The island is incredibly friendly to visitors. You will not regret a stay at this wonderful place.

Imagine a perfect place ...
Close your eyes and imagine a perfect day that is embedded in your mind. When we stayed at Love Villas it was the perfect day 9 days in a row. I cannot put into words with enough clarity to explain to you each aspect of what is so wonderful about Grand Turk and Love Villas. We stayed on the second floor and it was my husband, myself, a 17-year-old daughter, and a 13-year-old son. We had the water to ourselves. As far as you could look up and down the beach, we were the only ones around. We stayed 9 days and 8 nights. Richard, who owns it, and his wife were wonderful to us. Richard was in constant communication with us whenever we had questions about anything before we left. When we arrived at the airport, he was there right away to take us to Love Villas. Once we arrived, he showed us all the details inside and out and even gave us some eggs, milk, fruit, bread, and water to start out. We had use of 4 bikes, paddleboards, and floats for the water. Everything inside Love Villas is to the highest standards of any place we have stayed before. Typically we rent a vacation house, but this is the most exceptional place above all others. Each appliance was the "professional" model, such as the Ninja blender and Ninja coffee maker. The balcony of each unit has sliding doors that can fully open up. There is a gentle breeze and no problem with insects at all. We slept with the window opened and could hear the waves all night long. The whole island is a beautiful miracle. The kids had so much fun with the donkeys and/or potcakes (dogs) that would greet us as we walked out to the vehicle provided by Richard to explore the island. We went whale watching, deep sea fishing, visited Gibbs Cay, and scuba diving twice. After a long day of adventure or even if we were just staying at the house for the day, the lounge chairs and beach chairs and umbrellas that Richard had for us to use were so beautiful and welcoming that we found ourselves taking short naps in the afternoon on them as we relaxed by the beach. My husband has been in construction his whole life, and it was clearly evident to him and myself that Richard spared no expense and thought of absolutely everything when designing Love Villas. He even had the cleaning lady come and wash towels and clean up halfway through our stay. We cannot wait to plan another trip here as soon as we can figure out the time to go again! This was a trip of a lifetime and we will never forget a moment!

Great Getaway
Love villas was great! I stayed with a friend during COVID. The property was very clean, had a wonderful view with paddle boards, bikes, floats, and a car supplied! Even some bread, eggs, water, milk, and wine supplied! Kitchen is well stocked with supplies making cooking at home easy! I scuba dived with both Bohio and Blue Water Divers and all were very professional. Richard was easy to reach and quick to respond to our questions about the property and local things to do. I felt safe on the property and had great neighbors. The place comes with a washer and dryer also! I didn't want to leave paradise and go back to reality!

To give Love Villas and Richard a five star doesn’t even come close to what is deserved. We travel A LOT and this was by the far the cleanest, most comfortable, welcoming place ever! Richard went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed before even flying out of the US. We arrived the day before Isaias and Richard made sure we had everything we needed to be prepared for the storm. We lost power and within a very short time he had a generator hooked up. I couldn’t find one thing they didn’t think of when building and furnishing the villas. Our vacation was absolutely amazing and we owe a huge part of that to Richard and his wife. They are fantastic people and we look forward to seeing them again in September 2020 and February 2021! If you don’t book with them, you are missing out!!!!

7 Days in Paradise
Our stay at the Love Villas was a vacation soon not to be forgotten. After retrieving our luggage at the Grand Turk airport we are immediately met by Richard Sanford, the owner of the Love Villas. He proceeds to give us a tour of the 7-mile island, pointing out the Island’s top restaurants, the best seaside bars and the location of the fishing and dive boat charters. After a quick 30-minute ride, we arrive at the three-story Love Villas. Before we enter our two-bedroom villa, The Seahorse, on the second level, Richard gives us a quick tour of the entire villa and its extraordinary amenities. First, our own Gem golf Cart which will provide us with safe and convenient travel throughout the island. Oh, did I mention, that it comes free with each villa Next, he shows us where the paddleboards are stored outside with easy access to the beach, the beach umbrellas, beach floats, and beach chairs….around to the back of the villa…the side by the Caribbean sea where six luxurious padded chaise lounges are set up for the guest’s leisure enjoyment. Right next to the side by side weber grills, so easy to operate even I could manage it. We pause for a moment to take in the magnificent view of the Caribbean Sea…where in ten steps you can be putting on your masks and fins and be off on your own private snorkeling adventure. Ok, on to our Villa, where the first thing my wife notices is the dual head shower in the Master Bathroom…the lighted makeup mirror and the closet with a set of six Large Beach towels and 15 oversized bathroom towels…Did I mention great amenities… On to the chef’s kitchen where there is the stocked refrigerator with fresh milk, eggs, a gallon of purified drinking water (also a water purification system, next to the washer and dryer, for refilling each day) … And, oh yes, a chilled bottle of Chardonnay and two local craft brews, just in case we were thirsty. On the kitchen counter was a basket of fruit with a mixture of limes, lemons, apples, and a Big ole Pineapple. Off goes Richard to his other chores.… Back to the villa where my wife unpacks, and I proceed to make a couple of mojitos with an oversized ice cube in each glass. We proceed to sit out on the veranda and enjoy a magnificent sunset… The next six days are pure magic. Even Better than Advertised!
Our family spent a week at LOVE Villas in the Seahorse Villa (second floor) during Christmas week. It was our first time in Turks & Caicos and Grand Turk. In life, there are things that just seem too good to be true. Reading the description of LOVE Villas, and reading the reviews, it certainly seemed the case. How could this property and these owners be THAT good? Well, we’re here to tell you – believe everything you’ve read. After an incredible stay, we’ve already booked for next year. These are the reasons we are returning: 1 - Richard and his wife Yohamna are simply great people. They could not have been more accommodating during our stay. Every question was answered promptly, terrific recommendations were offered, and they possess true love for LOVE Villas and making sure that each guest is happy. Richard picks you up from the airport and drops you back off . . . in between you will see Richard taking care of the property on a daily basis. In several ways, Richard went above and beyond to take care of us. An example: when our flight was diverted to the DR, we missed our flight to Grand Turk, and we needed to unexpectedly stay a night in Provo. We contacted Richard while on the tarmac in the DR, and immediately Richard helped us find a hotel room for the night. 2 - Our villa was exceptionally well-equipped and well-maintained. Modern appliances and all of the items you might need and enjoy – satellite TV, Wi-Fi (for those work emergencies!), a balcony overlooking the water with adjustable shading, access to paddle boards, swim shoes (all sizes – even a size 13 for our son!), snorkel gear, bicycles, chairs on the first level, and chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Richard starts out your stay with fresh fruit, milk, and some alcoholic beverages. 3 - LOVE Villas is as directly on the beach as you can possibly get. Ten steps or so from LOVE Villas, and you are in the ocean. The view from the villa is surreal. 4 - Each unit is given access to a four-person electric car, which we used to explore almost every inch of the island. It’s simply an awesome way to see parts of the island not generally accessed by any cruise ships and to get to lunch or dinner. 5 - We loved the “chill” nature of the island – the locals are friendly, as are the dogs (potcakes) and donkeys that inhabit the island. We’ve never felt so relaxed. We are extremely picky, Type-A people. When we say this place was fantastic, please believe us. We can't wait to return!

Immediately after staying 10 days we automatically booked for the following years to come. We have never done this before, always checking other prices before making a decision. Wow! Such a Beautiful Place!!
My husband, brother and sister-in-law booked this place back in May for our November Anniversary Celebration trip - and we are sure glad we did! Everything was magnificent - from the original booking, the communication with the owner, being picked up at the airport, the personalized tour of the island with suggestions for things to do and taking us back to the airport! The condo was beautiful with very high end furnishings and they left nothing to be desired. One of the best perks was the GEM electric car that comes with the rental! Super thoughtful and very practical for getting around on the island. The owners are wonderful people as well! We loved being right on the beach and very close to some pretty great snorkeling. It was a fabulous trip - so take my advice and book your stay today! Oh! And did I mention that beautiful turquoise water?!?!

Beyond exceptional
This property is perfection on every level. The finishes, appliances, furniture, linens, GEM car, paddle boards and all else in the unit are high end. They have thought of everything. I travel for work 2/3 of the year and am always leery when choosing a place to stay for vacation-Grand Turk and Love Villas are beyond what I could ever expect from an ideal vacation. We are always on the go and this stay made us relax and truly made me see what and how a true vacation should be. The communication leading up to our stay, pick-up at the airport, availability if we needed anything during our stay and send off truly make this property like no other. The island is SAFE!! The locals ENJOY speaking to and teaching guests about their island. The walkability of them island, snorkeling right off the property, beaches without crowds and amazing fresh food (Turks Head Inne, Annette’s Pizza, Local fish fry) exceeded all expectations but best of all was being able to be staying at the Love Villas that included everything you need and more to live in luxury on vacation! You can feel how sound the building is when you walk in, the pottery barn furniture is SO comfortable and the mattresses and linens are likely the most comfortable I’ve slept on! We will be back!! We absolutely loved LOVE VILLA and the island of Grand Turk. The property was immaculate, literally right on the beach. They do a great job at Love Villas
We loved our stay there. They have literally thought of everything. The work they put in for those 3 villas is amazing. We are VRBO owners with high expectations and they exceeded almost every one of them. The Gem car was great. The kitchen is stocked with everything including a Ninja blender etc. Showers were terrific! The beds were so comfortable we are interested in buying the same mattresses. We used the paddle boards, deck chairs, and floats. You are only 100 yards from where the fisherman bring in lobster, fish, conchs etc. so we would walk down and pick up fresh seafood in the evening. Richard has high end grills right on the back deck to grill whatever you have. Restaurants are very good but a little pricey (expected). The local islanders are very friendly and you feel safe at all times. The water is as amazing as it looks in the photos. Donkeys are everywhere on the island and add to the eccentricity of Grand Turk. We will definitely be back!

LOVE Villas beyond perfect!
Our stay at LOVE Villas was beyond perfect. Richard and Yohamna were the most wonderful hosts. My son and I were greeted at the airport by Richard. He gave us a tour of the island. Showed us how to get around, where to eat (favorites were The Ridge Cafe and Bohio), where to shop, and places to explore and available excursions. He and Yohamna made us feel like long time friends. Our Villa was beyond what we imagined. Beautifully furnished and stocked with everything we possibly needed. Richard even gave us a bottle of wine. The view was breathtaking and the beach was right outside our door. We had floats, snorkeling equipment, paddle boards, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas. We also wanted to tryout scuba diving while on the island and Richard hooked us up with and amazing dive shop (Humpback Dive Shack). And the GEM electronic car was AMAZING! It allowed us to tour all around the island and enjoy everything Grand Turk had to offer. I cannot say enough about how amazing our stay was and how awesome Richard and Yohamna were. We are planning out next trip to go back soon and know this will be a regular vacation spot for us going forward. Thank you for everything Richard and Yohamna!

Perfect Paradise to Relax & Recharge
By definition, PERFECT means having all the required or desirable elements, qualities, or characteristics; as good as it is possible to be. That is how our family would describe LOVE Villas. My husband and I have traveled to many Caribbean islands and are now introducing our teenage children to Caribbean life. We’ve always done all-inclusive resort vacations. This was the first time we used VRBO to book a vacation rental property outside of the US and our first time in Grand Turk. We were a little apprehensive for what this new vacation adventure would bring. Our apprehension was a distant memory as soon as we arrived and met Richard and his wife Yohamna. They are the ultimate hosts from beginning to end. From the transportation to and from the airport, to the tour of the island upon arrival, to including some provisions to get our vacation started. Richard is always around during your stay and only a phone call/text away if you need anything (day or night). He will email you the daily menus from some of the local restaurants in case you decide to have a meal out. The villa is situated on the most beautiful beach with crystal clear water in the most vibrant shades of blue, green, and teal. Spectacular sunset views. Paddleboards, snorkeling equipment, water shoes, bikes, beach chairs/umbrellas are all included with each villa. But I think the best amenity is the GEM car! A family favorite. It afforded us the opportunity to explore and travel the island at our leisure (something you can’t really do at an all-inclusive resort). The interior of the villa feels just like home. Comfortable beds, Wi-fi and tv, washer/dryer with detergents, toiletries (including hair dryers), and beach/bath towels – just to name a few. The kitchen includes every amenity you would have in your own kitchen. My husband and children went scuba diving with Humpback Dive Shack (recommended by Richard). Brian and Sabine were great! Very easy reservation process and the diving was fantastic. FYI – cash only payment. Our favorite dining spots were Ridge Café, Bohio, Turks Head Inne, and the Osprey Beach Hotel Restaurant. Some of these restaurants are cash only as well. LOVE Villas exceeded all our expectations and more. It was hard to say goodbye to this gorgeous place. This will definitely go down as one of our favorite family vacations where great memories were made.

🌟🌟Best VACATION Ever!!!🌟🌟
Giving this property 10 stars would not even begin to give it Justice! The home was exactly as described, when the kids walked in all they could say is WOW this is amazing! The views were breathtaking, the beach was beautiful, the water was a gorgeous picturesque turquoise! Everything we could have hoped for on our vacation! The Gem car was a great added bonus as it gave us the freedom and mobility to go to the grocery store or Governors beach or out to eat. Pretty much anything we wanted to do was easily assessable with the car. The kids loved going to Margaritaville and swimming in the pool. We all snorkeled in the water in front of the condo and found it had the best coral, fish, etc on the island. We even noticed that a lot of the dive tour groups brought their guests directly out in front of the condo. Why pay for that extra trip...it’s all here! Only warning...try not to fall in love with the pot cakes that visit the beach out front every morning! These sweet dogs will steal your heart! ❤️❤️ The hosts, Richard and Yohama were the best! They Showed us around the island, told us the best places to get groceries, the best places to eat and were easily assessable and available for any questions or concerns we had. We loved our stay so much we are already discussing when we can return! Thank you so much for helping us make an amazing memorable family vacation!!

Best Vacation Spot and Villa Ever
From start to finish this was without a doubt our best Family Vacation. Love Villas took all the worries out of traveling out of the Country for my Family. They provided a SAFE CLEAN BEAUTIFUL place to stay, that made us FEEL at home the minute we walked in. This Villa is right on the most beautiful calm white sand beach on the Island of Grand Turks. Water was gorgeous everyday and with Love Villas supplying all your water needs, paddleboard’s, snorkels, water shoes, flooring mats, chaise lounges, towels, umbrellas, basically everything you need to enjoy the beach and the water is at your fingertips and provided and INCLUDED in your stay. The Villas face west so each night you get to say goodbye to Mr Sun and thank him for a wonderful day. Now let’s talk Villa, with Love Villas this is what you get, and MAN O MAN is it a VALUE for your dollar. The Villa is a two bedroom two bath full kitchen nice living room and wonderfully appointed. Everything you need is inside to make it just like home, wonderful soft towels for your bath or shower, paper towels, toilet paper, kitchen is fully equipped to Prepare meals, the Water filtration system that provides fresh clean water to drink. The Villa has three AC units that provide the right amount of cool air if needed. Each room has a three speed ceiling fan to move the air to keep you cool at night as well. Your Villa has a balcony with comfortable chairs and power awning to protect you from the sun if needed. You have STRONG WIFI and Dish Cable TV in each room. Your Villa comes with its own GEM Vehicle that we drove over 100 miles during our stay. Richard and his wife Ms V have thought of everything to provide US - YOU to make this a memorable wonderful vacation. I highly recommend if you’re looking to go to Grand Turks that you book with Love Villas. TRUST me when I say it’s the best value the best location and the best hosts you’ll find ANYWHERE Turks!!! This was our second stay at Richard's Love Villas and it surely wont be our last. Richard has added a new amenity to his arsenal and it is sure to add to his growing list of returning visitors. A Gem electric cart is now included with your stay. Tour the whole island and feel safe doing so. Richard has literally thought of everything and included it with your stay at his Villas., and is always on call if you need anything or are just looking for general information about the island or where to eat. One word; Spectacular!
From our first communication to the farewell at the airport for our departure everything was wonderful. Richard and his beautiful wife are extraordinary hosts. They paid attention to every detail even helping us arrange a last minute flight due to my negligence. Richard met us at the airport, drove us around the island for a quick “get aquatinted” tour, we shared a lovely lunch then he delivered us to the villa. He explained how everything worked and even left a nice bottle of wine in the fridge as a welcome gift The villa is amazing. The construction is top notch, the amenities are first class and the view is second to none. They thought of everything right down to the privacy screen on the entry door. We are divers so the island and its people were exactly what we were looking for. I cannot sufficiently express how much we enjoyed every moment of our vacation, the largest part due to Love Villas. This will be our new “go to” dive destination and Love Villas our island home.

Never Have we EVER!!!
Never have we we ever...booked a house from 3000 miles away and known before we stepped foot into it, that everything would be AMAZING! And amazing it was! When we arrived at the airport, Richard was there to greet us and whisk us away to a week in paradise. First up, a tour of the island, complete with a list of "must do's." Never have we ever experienced service like this-so warm, welcoming, and informational. When we pulled up to the villas, it was like something from a movie-the beautiful turquoise villa located just 5 steps from the magnificent turquoise waters...never have we ever seen something so breathtaking. The villa was stacked with anything and everything you could need or want-right down to the awesome toilet paper! They have literally thought of everything! Insulated tumblers, bottle coozies, blender, awesome ninja coffee pot, tupperware that was so nice, I ordered myself some after using it. Snorkel gear, water shoes, beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, grocery bags, playing cards-you need it, it's probably there. Never have we ever seen a set-up like this before! When you first walk in, you become enchanted with the breathtaking views. The sliding glass doors open all the way, revealing a wonderful breeze and the beautiful sound of waves crashing. The furniture was beyond comfortable (we joked that you shouldn't lay on the couch unless you're ready to fall asleep!) The bed and bedding were amazing quality and comfort. There is air conditioning in the villa-3 separate units, but we hardly used it because the windows brought in such beautiful, natural air creating such a dreamy enironment. We can't forget the GEM cars! These cute little 4 seater cars were so awesome for touring the island. We went exploring all over and that wouldn't have been possible without the car. On several occasions, we packed a cooler, grabbed some beach chairs and snorkel gear, loaded up the car and took off for the day. There is so much to see and do and we are beyond thankful that we had the car to do so. Never have we ever had such fun exploring! We enjoyed lots of great food and music. We felt very welcome by the towns people and greatly enjoyed interacting with them as we explored this beautiful island. There are lots of places to rent on the island--none of which will give you an experience like staying at LOVE Villas. Do yourself a favor and look no further, because NEVER WILL YOU EVER experience lodging like this. Huge thanks R & Y!

You can’t go wrong booking at the Love Villas! Richard and his wife have thought of everything you may need during your stay, and if it is not there (not likely) they would love to hear about it. They pick you up from the airport, and deliver you back at the end of your stay. Upon our arrival there was a complete rundown of all the amenities, and even some food to get us going. They have great suggestions for places to see and eat. Richard was always available to answer any questions during our stay. The new addition of the Gem cars was amazing! Although you can walk to anything you may need the cars give you the ability to explore the whole island at your leisure. The beach, which is right out front, offers swimming, snorkeling, long walks and great views of the stunning sunsets. The Love Villas are a first class accommodation, we will definitely be returning!
