Place to beat in Grand Turks
The only negative was that our stay was too short! Richard and Yohamna were the best hosts. Their place hits the mark and couldn’t have been better honestly. All the amenities, place was spectacular and service were awesome. Walkable to restaurants but having the car to get to our whale watching and diving excursions helped tremendously. We will be back again for sure!

Unbelievable Experience!!!
I can't begin to tell you how awesome it was staying at Angelfish "Love Villas"! If you are wanting to get away from it all and surround yourself with tranquility and luxury, this is the place! The Villa is beautiful with luxurious finishes, top notch appliances, incredibly comfortable beds, and bedding, and an abundance of linens, and other items to satisfy all your needs. I have stayed at many timeshares, as well as vacation rental properties since the mid-90s and I can honestly say, I have never stayed in a unit so immaculate! The beach is just a few steps away and one can be lulled to sleep with the sound of the surf. Richard, the owner, and Joshi the manager of the Villas was so obliging! Richard picked us up at the airport (and returned us) and gave us a quick tour of the area and took the time to review all the features of the unit and property. Where have you stayed where the owner was thoughtful enough to start you off with a loaf of bread, eggs, milk, bottle of wine and two bottles of beer! We were able to get around the island by either walking or taking advantage of the car left at our disposal! Restaurants were in walking distances, as was a grocery store. Joshi was kind enough to bring the umbrellas and beach chairs out and back for us daily. Both he and Richard were so responsive to any question or concern we had. It was so much fun seeing wild donkeys roam the island without a care in the world and that is how we felt at Love Villas!!!

Your accommodations were impeccable and every recommendation was spot on. We had great food & so much privacy, it was as if we had the beach to ourselves. Hospitality Like No Other
My husband and I have stayed a lot of places and Richard and Yohamna have tipped the scales when it comes to their hospitality. I can’t say that we have ever had a host that picked us up and delivered us to our vacation rental with a tour of the town (island), and then provided us with transportation for the length of our stay. (Unheard of) Not to mention a host of other surprises we had once we reached “Love Villas”. The Villas are exactly how they look online, and the view is spectacular. The colors here are outstanding. You cannot beat a room on the beach, with very few people to contend with for a beach spot. You are basically on the beaches of Grand Turk by yourself no matter what beach you are on. Everything was so clean, and the beds were ultra comfortable. I think I slept better there than I have in a long time! I don’t really need to give you any tips here on what to do or where to eat because Richard does that for you when he picks you up. His food recommendations are right on! We had some really wonderful food and drinks. Richard and Yohamna have it all laid out for you so that your vacation is the vacation they would want, and it shows. The island is pretty chill and quiet, so if you are after relaxation and spectacular beach views “Love Villas” are where it is at. This is 100% a no brainer for a vacation destination. VERY Special & Memorable Experience!
Where do I begin with sharing how WONDERFUL our experience was?! I traveled with my parents in celebration of their 50th anniversary year; it was beyond memorable. Hosts: Richard and Yohamna are the warmest and most gracious couple! I know why they named their host property, Love Villa. They radiate love for each other, Grand Turk island, and the island’s celebrated people. Our conversations prior to, during, and post-trip reflected top-tier customer service. Love Villa: The attention to detail with the location, design, floor plan, and amenities was absolutely AMAZING! The villa was extremely modern, immaculate, and classy. The panoramic views of the island’s west Caribbean coast were breathtaking. The AngelFish Villa was well stocked with everyday items that made us feel at home. Watching the sea life, feral dogs and donkeys, and cruise ships were quite entertaining. Transportation/Food: Richard was extremely helpful with identifying the airlines and flight times to/from Providenciales and Grand Turk. He extended a warm welcome and departure by providing transportation to/from the airport and the Villa. Having the use of one of their cars was the icing on the cake! I chauffeured my parents around the island, meeting beautiful souls and witnessing their care for visitors. We ventured to paths off the beaten path and saw the fullness of life on Grand Turk. We dined at Ridge Cafe (lunch; wonderful shrimp tacos and great elevation views), Jerica’s (dinner; FABULOUSLY fresh and delectable), Sand Bar (lunch; great ocean view and service), and Osprey Hotel (dinner; nice ocean view and service). It was a trip of a lifetime for my parents and me!

Vacation of a lifetime
If you are looking for a relaxing, off the grid, beach vacation with luxury accommodations, this is the place for you! We had been wanting to come to Turks and Caicos for over a decade, and were finally able to make our dream a reality. Intense searches of multiple locations around TCI, and I kept coming back to Richard and Jo’s LOVE VILLAS. SO GLAD WE CHOSE THIS PLACE! From the moment we booked, to the months leading up to and during the whole stay, Richard was the most amazing host; answered every question, WENT TO THE AIRPORT FOR US TO HELP US CHANGE OUR FLIGHT, rides to and from the airport, gave us a tour of the whole island including restaurant and meal recommendations (with a rating system!), and was just a text or phone call away for all our needs. The property is stunning- the pictures don’t do it justice! What more do you need then to be able to walk out your door, down a few steps and be on your own beautiful beach with the most gorgeous turquoise water? We felt like we had the whole island to ourselves every single day! Every beach we visited, we were almost always alone. And I can’t say enough about the villa itself. The attention paid to every single detail to make sure we had a comfortable week, was above and beyond any expectation we could have had. A bottle of wine, local beers, huge bowl of fresh fruit and a fresh loaf of bread, awaited us upon our arrival. More towels than we even needed for the week, a gorgeous bathroom stocked with soap, shampoo and conditioner; Richard even made sure we had the “good toilet paper” lol. I could have brought the bed home with us; the most comfortable mattress and bedding I’ve ever slept in. We had our own car for the week, which I thoroughly enjoyed driving around town on the left side of the road; bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, rafts, beach coolers… all kept in immaculate condition by the Villa’s own property manager, Joshi. I’m sure I’m missing mentioning a million things that made this property and it’s hosts one of a kind- I could go on and on! Love Villas in Grand Turks provides the most amazing experience and host!!!
Grand Turks is a laid back island with wonderful people in the most beautiful setting…it’s well worth the extra flight from Providenciales to experience it! Some of our favorite things were 1) The food!!! We mostly stayed away from the cruise ship port and enjoyed the local restaurants including The Fisherman’s Wife, SandBar, The Ridge Cafe, Turks Head Inn and Ospreys. Be prepared to relax as things take a bit to prepare, but it’s well worth it! Pro tip- order the homemade bread from the ridge cafe in advance to bring back for future meals…it’s so good! 2) The wildlife - obviously the sea life is amazing to scuba and snorkel, but this island also offers local dogs, cats, donkeys, horses and we even spotted a cow. It made each day an adventure to see and interact with them! 3) The people- whether you pay for a guided excursion or just going on a walk everyone you meet is so friendly and genuine. 4) The view - the water was absolutely amazing and you could experience it from every once of the rental. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while there. Richard provides absolutely everything you could possibly need and makes the stay hassle and stress free! When we were having issues booking a fishing excursion(our fault for not planning ahead) he went above and beyond by helping to line one up. Tim at Emerald Escape GT was great and he offers other excursions beyond fishing. We absolutely recommend staying at this gem and can’t wait to go back!

Love Villas - Vacation Perfection
ANGELFISH VILLA!!! Where do I begin? I am not the best writer so I might miss a few punctuations here but Richard our host at Angelfish Villa did not miss a single detail. Richard picked us up at the airport gave us a quick tour of the island he then brought us to our penthouse villa. He answered every call and went above and beyond to help us. This villa is a dream!! First let me start by saying pictures cannot capture the beauty and perfection of this villa. Beautiful panoramic view of the island right from our penthouse balcony. It was almost like we had our own private beach, we were surrounded by beautiful turquoise waters. We ate breakfast on our penthouse balcony every morning and watched the most beautiful sunset every single day while our kids played on the beach right below us. We took long walks on the beach every day and swam in the ocean for hours. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, the rooms are clean and flawlessly furnished with a very comfortable bed. As I said before Richard thought of everything. He answered any questions we had and answered our phone calls every time we called. My five year old son claimed this vacation to be better than Disney!! We cant wait to return to … as my boys call it Mr Richards house very soon. 

Absolutely hands down the best place to stay on Grand Turk!
The property is even better than the pictures if that is possible. The sunsets are spectacular from your deck. Richard has ensured everything you need is there. Beach chairs, bikes, paddle boards, floats, even a buoy to tie up to so you can relax without floating away! The beds and furniture are inviting and comfortable. There are stacks of fluffy towels. The kitchen was outfitted with everything you need to make your favorite blended drinks to your gourmet meals. Or take the car that is provided to one of the islands fantastic restaurants. Richard picked us up at the airport and gave a tour of the island showing us all the locals favorite spots. He lives on the island so was so great anytime I had questions or was looking for something unique. His full time job is making sure his guests have the best vacation experience and he is fabulous at it. All the locals were friendly and fun. They treated us like one of the family. I would highly recommend this property and island to anyone. I can’t wait to come back and spend a week or two with all my new friends!

Really hard to beat…
Fantastic all around. Great location, amazing property and views/beach. Perfect for two couples. Richard was wonderful and easy to be reached. Everyone on the island knows him. Each morning we woke with the sun, sat on the balcony and made coffee and watched whales just offshore and the morning rainbow that greeted us. The villa has all of the comforts for an easy laid back vacation in one of the most beautiful places we have visited. We booked on a search of good places to scuba dive and couldn't have picked a better spot and host. We had a great time diving the island but also had good snorkeling right from the villa, snorkeling from the villa we saw octopus, swam with an eagle ray, as well as plenty of colorful coral and fish. Much more wildlife than humans which was great! The Island overall is pretty sleepy and restaurants for dinner are a good couple of hour experience so plan accordingly. There are liquor and grocery stores nearby that have the basics. The local dogs and donkeys are all very friendly. Will be back for sure!

Rest, Relaxation, and Recovery
I am not a person that is easily impressed, but Love Villa exceeded every expectation that my wife and I had. From the first few steps into the villa we were blown away by the cleanliness of the place and the attention to detail. The tile floors were beautiful, the kitchen is top notch, and the view is amazing. The kitchen has everything that is needed if you want to cook "at home". If that's not your idea of a vacation, Richard has plenty of suggestions for places to dine out. The island is very quiet and my wife and I had a lot of time to relax and spend some much needed "alone time" together both at the villa and on Governor's Beach. We used the paddle boards or the bikes several days. We saw humpback whales from the beach and sea turtles from the paddle boards. Grand Turk is a very quiet island, perfect if you want to get away from the hectic pace of life. As a host, Richard is second to none. He was available for anything that we needed help with, while giving us the privacy and space that we came to the island for. This is a difficult to balance to maintain as a host, and Richard does it very well. As far as food and groceries goes, you can get just about anything that you need, but being a small island there can be limited choices. If you are a coffee person bring your favorite grind. The Ninja coffee maker makes excellent coffee, all you need is your favorite blend. Love Villas is one of the nicest places on the island to stay. In fact, it is one of the best places that we have ever stayed. We enjoyed the villa so much that we booked another vacation with Richard before we left the island. If peace and quiet is what you seek, you will not be disappointed!

What a wonderful property and Richard was an amazing host! He was very accessible and gave us a great tour of the island when we arrived. The property had everything we needed - tons of towels, insulated cups for the beach, a Ninja smoothie maker, beach chairs and easy to set up beach umbrellas - we even tried out paddle boarding. I love the island because it’s so safe and quiet. Can’t wait to return!

It’s not always easy getting to (and around) paradise, but the right property and host can make all the difference. First there’s transportation - airport transfers, island tour, and a car … included. Then there’s recreation - fat tire bicycles, paddle boards, floats … included. One must find a beautiful beach - step outside the villa into the turquoise water. Snorkeling and even swimming with the neighborhood stingrays in front of the villa … included. Luxurious accommodations - top of the line kitchen, high end bedding, perfect air-conditioning … included. All the little things you would rather not pack - laundry detergent, bug spray (wasn’t needed), beach chairs and umbrellas, quality shampoo/conditioner/body wash that you would actually use, coolers and ice packs, garbage bags … included. One must eat - we visited a few local restaurants, but our most memorable meals were the ones we made and enjoyed on the back patio, equipped with high top pub tables and loungers, while watching the sunset. Our ocean-side balcony was our breakfast nook. A particular restaurant that did stand out was the superb Ridge Cafe at the Arches. Love Villas host Richard always responded to emails, texts, and calls immediately and advised us on both local island life and the nitty gritty details like covid testing requirements. It is truly a labor of love for him. He made our vacation what it was supposed to be - stress-free and magical.

The BEST girls trip!
It is hard to put into words exactly what our girls trip to Love Villas meant. All 4 of us are in education and like everyone else, have had a doozy of a year! Getting to spend a week at Love Villas was an incredible way for us to rest and recharge! When you read all of the reviews for this place you may be tempted to think “it sounds too good to be true”, but let me assure you it is not. Richard (the owner) picked us up from the airport in Grand Turk and took us on a tour of the island. He gave us great recommendations on restaurants, showed us where the grocery store was, and let us know the happenings of the island. When we arrived at the Villa, Richard took all of our bags up to the 3rd floor for us and showed us the ins and outs of the property. We were amazed to see he had some groceries already in the Villa waiting for us…milk, eggs, fruit, bottle of wine, a couple bottles of local beer, and a loaf of bread from The Ridge. (You must eat there!). Richard and Yohamna have spared no expense when it comes to furnishings, comfort and details! Top of the line kitchen gadgets, comfortable beds, plush towels, beach accessories, smart tv’s, 2 bikes, and a car to drive while on the island! There is literally nothing that they have not thought of to make each stay an amazing experience. The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils, pots, pans, food storage containers, ninja blender, ninja coffee maker with frother, yeti style cups, cuisinart knife set, etc. For the beach they have Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrellas, frontgate pool mats, 6 frontgate chaise lounge chairs, 2 outside grills, 2 paddle boards, Bluetooth speaker, cooler, and snorkel gear. All you have to do is walk outside the building and you are in paradise! We wanted to specifically address our gratefulness for Richard. Being on such a small island Richard knows everyone and everyone knows Richard. We ran into a small scheduling snafu with getting our COVID test done to return to the US, and he was able to make a quick phone call and get it taken care of for us. We mentioned that we wanted to go snorkel at Gibbs Cay and he messaged a friend and got that set up for us. Richard sent us info daily about menus for local restaurants and checked in frequently to make sure we didn’t need anything. Within 5 mins of meeting Richard It is evident how much he enjoys his life on the island, and we have left with that same love for his home! We can’t wait to go back!!!!

Absolutely fabulous stay!
This property is pristine with every possible thing you could want in a vacation rental! Richard is a fantastic host, picks you up and drops you off at the airport, gives you a great tour of the island, always available to answer questions or take care of any needs. The condo is so clean, vehicle to get around, beautiful beach, washer and dryer so don’t overpack! First time I have ever slept so well on vacation with wonderful beds and linens! The basic essentials are there, plus floats, umbrellas, lounge and beach chairs. We will definitely recommend any of the three condos and plan on returning!!

Outstanding Rental
As others have mentioned and I will attest, this was a fabulous rental and our hosts were just as great. We planned this last minute as another 'work from home' trip. The internet worked great and it was so nice to have such a wonderful view right outside our door. Unfortunately we didn't have much time for excursions but I was so happy just to be able to take a morning walk down the beach and then enjoy the late afternoon on a beach chair. Richard provided bikes, swim toys, beach chairs, a cooler and a CAR, everything you could need for a relaxing getaway. There are now 3 outside dining tables so each villa has one to use which was a great addition. Thank you Richard and Yohamna for a great week away!

WOW!!!
Unbelievable...pictures do not do justice to the supreme condition of Richard's property. We stayed on the 3rd floor, beautiful view, roomy for the 3 of us, and in wonderfully clean, neat, and sanitized condition. We were greeted and once dropped off at the property we had a bottle of wine and fruit waiting for us, along with some staples that were freshly bought...milk, bready, bottled water, and ice cubes already made. On h property were paddle boards (2), noodles, rafts, great lounge chairs and umbrellas, regular beach chairs, and 2 bikes, NOT TO MENTION a car, which came in more than useful for getting grocery's, eating out at restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing. Richard emailed us to make sure all was good and if we needed anything. Everywhere we went, most people knew Richard and in fact, when we told the owner at Bohio where we stayed, he actually drove to the property to let us know of a new excursion and wanted to make sure we knew about it. People were more than polite and helpful and we even made friends with one of the donkey's. The porch/patio had 4 chairs, 2 footrests, and a table, the door panels opened all the way up to allow the fresh ocean breeze to fill the suite we stayed in and brought a beautiful breeze throughout the property. By far, the best property we have ever stayed at from Richards communication throughout from booking to leaving. If you are able to stay here, definitely do, as it is totally astonishing. Thanks to Richard and all of Grand Turk for a wonderful time that was 2nd to none!!!

Loved LOVE villas!
An amazing stay in every sense of the word. My wife, 10-year old son, and I were fortunate enough to spend Christmas holiday in the Angelfish Villa. Prior to booking with Love Villas, we spent much time looking for a vacation home that could help make our trip reach...WOW status! We definitely found it here! Richard and Yohamna are the quintessential hosts that provided not only hospitality, guidance, but care. Yes, care. On a fishing adventure, I reeled in a very large wahoo, but the beast caused a very freak accident and actually bit me once we got it into the boat. I received five stitches at the local hospital and both Richard and Yohamna went above and beyond to make sure my health was always 100%. The Villas are gorgeous, extremely well equipped, neat, clean, and organized for anything you may desire (a car, coolers, bikes, SUPs, floats, amenities galore). I can't say enough about the details that were put into each unit, how comfortable the beds and all spaces were (the outside space is spectacular), the cleanliness and organization of the villa. My wife and I spent six days trying to come up with some type of recommendation to make the villa better, but we failed. I would be reminisce if I didn't mention the location. The beach in front of the Love Villas is gorgeous. The water is crystal clear and the view from our patio was one of the best we experienced (in six weeks of traveling within TCI). In addition, it is close to so much Grand Turk has to offer. We enjoyed several excursions on the island and the community is very welcoming. My family always felt safe and secure. We recommend LOVE Villas for any traveler fortunate enough to visit this very special place. If you need suggestions or help in finding things to do, just ask your hosts with the most. If you have a Bucket List, insert Love Villas in Position 1). We stayed with 4 people in The Angelfish Villa for 8 nights and we LOVED every moment of our stay. Everything about these Villas is turn key and Five Star. We were impressed with the photographs we saw online, but nothing could come close to the real thing. Grand Turk provides the perfect backdrop for these amazingly spacious, well appointed villas. Richard and Johamna have thought of absolutely everything. All of the furniture, inside and out was outstandingly comfortable, all of the finishes and fixtures were immaculate, and perhaps it was the sea air, but we slept better here, than we do at home. who am I kidding, it was definitely the phenomenal king sized beds and maybe a few cocktails. We started our days with coffee on the open balcony, from which we saw and photographed a mind blowing amount of Sea-Life: Eagle Rays, Sting Rays, Humpback Whales and Green Sea Turtle were only the beginning of what Grand Turk had in store for us. For those who crave adventure, the grand Turk wall is a swim or paddle away and provides snorkelling to rival any site in the world (boat excursions also available). To try to explain the feeling of crossing into the great blue abyss beyond the wall would not come close to doing it justice. The complimentary GEM Car provided to each unit was the icing on the cake. We had no issue navigating the island on a full charge, and the convenient built in lock boxes made it easy to navigate the hidden beaches and endless sites and vistas that the island provides with all of our supplies in-tow. The island is gorgeous, the people are wonderful and Love Villas is a getaway from the everyday that can't be missed. Thanks Richard and Yohamna! From Di, Brent, Steph and Teague.

Have a hard time thinking you can find anything nicer on the island. Property was impeccable and came stocked with staple food items upon arrival as well as above and beyond stocked condo. The electric vehicle is a real plus as you could go exploring or out for meals whenever you wanted without relying on other transportation. The owners are a dream and meet you at the airport for a tour of the island as well as taking you to the condo. Not only do they take you back on your departure but they go in with you to make sure you get checked in without problems. Fantastic host added to this phenomenal trip. Highly recommend.

Island Paradise
Love Villas is everything we could ask for and more. Situated on a beautiful stretch of beach, panoramic views and stunning sunsets were wonderful. The kitchen is nicely appointed with everything one could need. Beds are very comfortable; ample towels, beach toys, just about everything one could need. The most friendly and laid back island; excellent restaurants, wonderful rum punch. Oh, and the local lobster is plentiful, cheap, and utterly delicious. Richard was so helpful in answering our questions, and his beautiful wife gave us the grand tour of the island and made sure everything was perfect in our villa. The only thing missing in the villa was a guest book in which to record our wonderful memories and experiences for those coming after to enjoy. We highly recommend this place, and hope to be back. It's hard not to fall head over heels in love with Grand Turk and Love Villas!

Beautiful and Relaxing Stay
These villas truly have every convenience that you can think of! Richard has thought of absolutely everything. There are so many little extras like binoculars and "to go" insulated cups along with the paddle boards and beach chairs/umbrellas that really made it feel so comfortable. Our visit was definitely during a slower season, but we found much to explore and plenty of time to relax so it was just perfect! Thank you so much for an amazing stay!

I just returned from a vacation at Love Villas and all the reviews are true! It really is as beautiful as the pictures. The villas and everything in them are of high quality and you can't beat the location or the amazing views. And, just as others have commented, what made it even better are the owners, Richard and Yohamna. Richard was attentive and responsive from my very first email. I was also impressed with the fact that even though he and Yohamna left for vacation the day after I arrived, his level of responsiveness did not falter. Richard assured me that although he would have someone looking out for us while he was away, I shouldn't hesitate to contact him if I needed anything. And, as much as I hated bothering them while on their vacation, I did have a few questions that came up, and sure enough, Richard was prompt to get back to me. Thank you Richard and Yohmna for providing such an amazing experience! I look forward to visiting again in the future. P.S. I hope you're enjoying your vacation as much I enjoyed mine!

Wonderful!
We could not have been happier with our stay at Love Villas! Richard and his wife Yohamna thought of every possible amenity. All we had to bring were clothes! My son loved the paddle boards that were provided and my husband and I especially appreciated the electric car that helped us explore the island. The villas were beautiful inside and out and we loved waking up each morning to a perfect view. Richard also provided us transportation to and from the airport which included a tour of the island and he also emailed us menus from the local restaurants since they changed daily. It is this kind of personal service that will keep people coming back. We will definitely go back and stay at the villas again.

My husband and I brought our granddaughter here for her high school graduation gift. She wanted "a beach" and got much more. Accommodations were perfect- lovely setting, comfortable beds, all the amenities you might want in the Villa. Plus they had snorkel gear, paddle boards, chairs and umbrellas to use on the beach just outside our door. Yohamna gave us a great your of the island which helped us get oriented. Do not miss eating at the Ridge Cafe - delicious fresh food and desserts to die for!! Very grateful for this incredible experience and the graciousness of our hosts, Richard and Yohamna!

A spectacular vacation in the islands should include a beautiful beach and those super clear postcard blue waters... LOVE Villas is that postcard. Friendly island donkeys at your front door, and super sweet island dogs hanging on the beach with you. Miles of quiet beach in both directions right outside LOVE Villas. Spectacular snorkeling at our condo! Quiet restaurants, cafes, and bars a very short beach walk away. Two island grocery stores right around the corner. Mesmerizing sunsets relaxing on your balcony overlooking your postcard view. So, YES, the location is a true paradise. Now the secret formula that truly sets apart LOVE Villas is the thoughtfulness and extra amenities that, Richard, the owner, provides to his guests. Best villa I ever stayed at
If you want a low key relaxing vacation on a beautiful Caribbean beach this place is for you. Richard was a wonderful host who has spared no expense to make this glamorous villa feel like home. The Love villas were meticulously clean. We had so many clean high quality towels to use. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could ask for and more. We loved cruising around the town in the Gem electric car. The view from the anglefish villa(on the 3rd floor) was breathtaking and we enjoyed many beautiful sunsets from our patio. Richard includes comfortable beach chairs and beach umbrellas. We loved Governors beach best. Richard takes the time to tour you around the island when you arrive so you feel comfortable with navigating the island. By far the best place to stay on Grand Turk.

Family Break Getaway
I had the pleasure of staying at Love Villas in the Angelfish villa for a week in April with my husband and 2 kids ages 13 and 9. To say that the villa and views are amazing is an understatement. The villa is equipped with anything you would want from spices and basic food items to floats, paddle boards and snorkeling gear. Every morning we walked the pristine beach then would head out for a mid morning swim or float :). We would grill lunches during the day on the Weber grill sit outside at the tables and enjoy a nice relaxing family lunch. Mid afternoon the kids would paddle board, snorkel and build sand castles or look for sand dollars on the beach. Richard and his wife were amazing hosts from providing us a tour of the island so we knew where everything was to setting up a sting ray excursion and checking in to see if we needed anything (I mean anything). Our time spent on Grand Turk at Love Villas was nothing short of spectacular horseback rides on the beach, stingrays, snorkeling and exploring we could not have asked for a better week to make great memories!

Look No Further!
What more could you want? Look no further! We have travelled extensively and the accommodations and hospitality are second to none! The weather and view cannot be beat. Best of all, Richard is the quintessential host and concierge. The villa is so comfortable and well appointed that there were days we didn’t even leave the property. The view from every room is spectacular, especially the living room and deck. The complimentary paddle boards, bicycles and snorkeling gear allowed us to relax and explore the stunning turquoise waters behind the villas. The bikes and GEM electric cars made it easy to explore all Grand Turk has to offer. Choose Love Villas for your Caribbean dream vacation. It surely was for us!

All I have to say is the photos did not lie, and neither did the reviews. We have just returned from an amazing vacation on Grand Turk and we have LOVE Villas and Richard to thank for it - Richard is a TRUE GEM! He is honest, generous, attentive and just a very, very kind soul. He is available 24/7 prior, during and after your stay. Richard is not only the property owner but also the LOVE Villas butler! Every day he discreetly checked in with us to ensure all was well, and if we needed any assistance with anything. And if he isn't washing windows, he is sharing with you that Sunshine's is serving their famous conch stew for lunch - delicious! We spent a lot of time exploring the island, and while doing so chatted with several of the 'belongers' of the island. The island loves Richard and Richard loves the island. The Villa .. a solid 5-star plus. The location is too good to be true. Start your day with a 45-minutes one-way beach walk or just sit on the balcony with your morning coffee watching the cruise ship come in for the day. The deck patio with loungers or beach umbrellas and chairs -- ideal anytime of day to soak in the sunshine or watch for whales. We loved keeping our eye out for the local fish market fishing boat to come in from a day of fishing (5 pm-ish). The fish market...just four doors down the beach to purchase the catch of the day or the hugest lobster we have ever seen! Two of the best grocery stores are within walking distance as is the National Museum (a great little gift shop with children's books and cookbooks). Don't feel like cooking .. an easy walk to the Bohio resort as well as to small grab and go food spots (Konky Joe's loved by the locals and us!). In short, the Villa is not only the same colour as the water (breathtaking) but also equipped with everything you need to have an extremely comfortable stay. In the backyard of LOVE Villas 'everything is just right there'. The GEM cars!! This newly added feature to the rental was like winning the lottery! The absolute BEST way to explore the island. Very safe, very quiet, and as one of the locals said to us: We were riding in style! Grand Turk is an island not to be missed; beautiful beaches, countless snorkeling and diving spots, lovable donkeys and dogs, all with a tranquil laid-back vibe. LOVE Villas & Grand Turk - a vacation we will never forget and one we highly recommend!! Trust the photos, trust the reviews, trust your gut - just book it!

Beyond Fabulous! Five stars! Lives up to the hype.....can't wait to visit again!
We just returned from Grand Turk and Love Villas. We spent ten nights over the Christmas holidays and loved every minute. First and foremost, the beach is magnificent. Love Villas is directly on the beach and the view from every window is glorious turquoise water and white sand beaches. We rented the third floor which simply had the most magnificent views possible. There are not many three story buildings on the island and we took full advantage of the beautiful vistas every morning and evening. Richard simply thought of every amenity possible. From the comfortable beds, a multitude of towels and beach towels, beach loungers, beach umbrellas, comfortable furniture throughout, three large flat screen TV's, snorkeling gear (full face masks!), extra water shoes, water floats that were amazing, a kitchen stocked with every possible utensil, new Weber grills, fantastic bikes for riding around the island. When we arrived, Richard provided a bottle of wine, milk, eggs and bread - a lovely thoughtful gesture that exemplifies his nature as a host. Water tumblers to keep drinks cold, cold pack for taking to the beach..he thought of everything. The day we arrived, he provided an island tour, pointing out restaurants and sites of note. During our entire stay, there was not a day where he didn't inquire by text or in person if we needed anything. He simply is the consummate host. Richard has also arranged for electric golf carts though these had not arrived before our stay ended. All in all, it is a beautiful and luxurious condo. We only had one complaint the entire stay.....that we had to leave!

Penthouse Class with Penthouse Views!
We spent 10 days on Grand Turk in the Penthouse of LOVE Villas. For two couples this is amazing as it has separate suites with ensuite for both couples. Both Suites have ocean views and wonderful King Size beds. Everything is top quality and high end. The Kitchen and Laundry appliances are also high end. Which also means there is quality drinking water available in the house, so no running out to buy water all the time. There is no expense spared here in this amazing beach front home. It is everything you see in the photos and more. You will want to never leave. The view is great too. Every morning we watched sea life from the balcony and saw fish and some large stingrays. We snorkelled out front which is perfect too. We saw crabs, sea urchins, a turtle and several fish varieties. If you are not wearing flippers, Do, wear water shoes when swimming, as there are several urchins close to shore. This is one of the stops where the cruise ship guests come to snorkel on their tours and we're already here. We also took out both of the paddle boards during our stay which is a great home base for a longer snorkel session. Having the all terrain bikes available for guests was perfect. We were able to run for groceries and liquor on bike with the large capacity baskets on the front. (Food and Drink are within walking distance but we loved getting to ride the bikes). We also biked to the Cruise Ship centre which I swear is up hill both ways LOL. Really, it's not bad, terrain wise, just takes about 45 minutes to bike there. Richard and Jo have thought of everything for this vacation rental and you really feel taken care of when you are there. It starts out by getting picked up at the airport followed by a little Island tour. It's huge that you don't have to arrange airport transportation. Richard will do anything he can to help make your stay better including restaurant suggestions, booking golf carts, charters or tours. He even drove us to breakfast and back one morning. So if you enjoy staying in luxury while you are in paradise then look no further. Stay at LOVE Villas!

My family and I decided to cut out for Thanksgiving this year and head to the Caribbean for a quick, 5-night holiday. We were looking to avoid crowds, enjoy private pristine beaches, hot weather, warm water, and a house with all the necessary amenities. Love Villas absolutely NAILED IT. NOT one hiccup! Salt Clay, the taxi driver, was waiting for us at the airport when we arrived. He gave us a detailed, hands-on tour of the island in just under 45 minutes. Yohoma greeted us at the Love Villas and provided an in depth, 45 minute, precision walk-through covering all aspects of the property and its amenities. I’ve rented a lot of VRBO’s and this was by far the very best introduction I’ve received. Coffee, eggs, and bread were ready for us in the villa. We ate the eggs first night for dinner!When standing in the kitchen it’s as if you on boat floating on the water. It truly creates an amazingly tranquil feeling. The flotation mats are the best I’ve ever seen. Paddle boards are awesome and the bikes have sand tires on them. Every detail was perfectly planed out and all our needs anticipated. The whole building is new and the best looking one on the island. Very modern, clean lines, and up to date interior design. It really stands out look for it when flying in! 3 AC units blew in ice cold air and all other appliances were turn key: dishwasher, coffee maker, ice machine, washer and dryer, electric awning, TV’s in all 3 rooms, ceiling fans etc. The Triple-slider door was a major highlight in the evenings after sunset. Open it all way up take in the Atlantic warm breeze with the sound of the tide rolling in and out. Richard had a gas-powered, 4-seater golf cart waiting for us upon arrival. 4 days cost $250.00. It was definitely a must-have for effortless sight seeing, and well worth the cost. The cart always ran great and never left us stranded. The beach, the beach, the beach!! Freaking awesome! Private, clear turquoise water, sandy and reef bottom areas to explore. Perfect snorkeling just out the front door. No need to bring or rent gear- they have 2 sets on sight. Richard has even installed permanently fixed umbrella stands. This is where the majority of our time was spent and we couldn’t have been happier or more relaxed. Richard’s reputation on the Island is very respectable- all the locals know him and have nothing but positive things to say about he and his wife.

Beautiful Villa, Stunning View, Incredible Hosts!
We had a wonderful time at the Love Villas on Grand Turk. Richard and Yohamna spared no expense or detail on their beautiful villas. They were incredible hosts. They picked us up and dropped us off at the airport; toured us around the island on our arrival so that we would know the places to go; stocked the refrigerator with staples so that we wouldn't have to go to the grocery when we first arrived; provided all the beach necessities and toys including paddle boards, beach bikes, umbrellas, chairs, etc.; and were always available by phone to answer questions or make recommendations on places to try. Grand Turk was beautiful and peaceful, and the Love Villas were by far the nicest place we've ever stayed. We definitely will come back. Molly M

The property was lovely, clean, updated and The owners were very attentive and gracious hosts .
This is truly a hidden gem. If you want to snorkel , paddle board or just float in the Caribbean Ocean there is easy access just steps outside your Villa. You can walk to several restaurants, grocery stores and see some beautiful wild horses. The locals were very friendly and helpful. You have access to bikes too explore the island ,but I would recommend a golf cart especially during the hotter months. We had one of the most magical vacations without seeing Mickey. If you need relaxation this is the place to stay!!!!

Resort Quality Accommodations, Amazing Views, Incredible Host
We just returned from a week stay in Seahorse Villa (2nd floor). Richard, the owner, has really created something special. The property is located just 25 feet back from the most beautiful clear blue water. The views from the balcony are incredible with whale sightings several days and stingrays swimming by daily. The beach has fine soft sand umbrellas and beach chairs provided. Inside the villa are two spacious master suites, each with there own bathroom. The beds are comfortable and the bedding luxurious. The tiled showers with rainwater shower head was welcome after a day on the beach. The kitchen has high-end appliances and everything needed to prepare anything you would want. There are also two Weber gas grills on the deck if grilling is your preference. The living room area has comfortable furniture and a large TV. There are large TV's in each bedroom and all have Dish Network if you have something you can't miss, you should be in luck. From our first e-mail contact with Richard, through our last day Richard was extremely helpful. His efforts to answer all our questions helped us to decide this was the place for our vacation. He met us at the airport upon arrival and started with a tour of the island. This helped us get comfortable with exploring the island, where to get groceries and with choices on where to eat dinner. If you like fresh fish, don't miss the Fish Market just 4 lots up the beach from the villa. My wife and I are in our 50's and over the last 5 years have vacationed on several Caribbean islands, at both VRBO's and resorts. You can be at a 5-star resort having a great vacation until you need something from the staff or owner. This is often what can make or break your vacation. Love Villas accommodations and location are incredible, but it was Richards attention to detail and his interest in making sure we had a great experience that made this vacation exceptional. Look no further, you will not be disappointed.

Luxury living & great oceanfront view. This is the place to stay at if you are in the Grand Turks.
If the Grand Turk is your vacation destination, and if you are desiring luxury accommodations on the level equivalent to the upper end of a J.W. Marriott facilities (such as the Ritz Carlton), the L.O.V.E. property run by Richard & Yohamna (R & Y) is your only & BEST choice! There is no other facility on the island that can compete with it: it is in a class all of its own. Using a star rating scale ranging from 1 star to 5 star (which 5 is the best/highest), I give this property a 5 star ratings without any hesitations or reservations. Not only is it the best facility on the island, as an avid vacationer who uses VRBO, it has been one of the best facilities we have stayed in. R & Y has provided any amenity necessary to have an enjoyable stay. What the VRBO listing fails to mention is the fact that Richard provides (at no additional cost) transportation round trip to & from the airport and a tour of the island ($100 value). During my stay, I had NO need to rent a car! Having access to the bicycles, food markets were conveniently located. In my opinion, the pictures on the VRBO website doesn't do justice to what a vacationer will experience. Having stayed on the 3rd floor, my family & I truly had a great view & privacy (all 3 condos have the same views, but having experience it myself, I would choose again the 3rd floor for its privacy). Words are inadequate to describe the privilege of having a private beach to yourself without having to share it with any other tourist - priceless! I slept better during my stay in R & Y's villa versus my own bed at home (not sure if it was the soothing sounds of the ocean, quality of the mattress/bedding or both). High end amenities & equipment through the condo (from the kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom & even the washer/dryer). R & Y not only took care of the major items, they made sure that they paid attention to the details concerning the smaller items (such as body wash, shampoo & conditioner, bath towels, paper towels & toilet tissue) thus insuring no stone was left unturned. Using the outside Weber grill was also an enjoyable experience (grilling while enjoying the ocean)! Without this review becoming a novel, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND & ENDORSE choosing L.O.V.E. villas as the place to stay during a trip to the Grand Turk!

Book condo, no need to keep looking!
The property is perfect! We were literally steps away from the beautiful beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you need to make a meal. The lay out is great, each bedroom has there own bathroom, with beautiful walk in showers. The location is great, close to grocery stores and restaurants. Richard, the owner, is extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the island. He was readily available for any questions we had about the condo, island and restaurant recommendations. We were able to really enjoy the island and the beautiful beach. We are definitely going to return in the future. A few things to note, bring extra cash, always handy to have on hand. One thing we wish we would of done is have Richard stock the kitchen with some groceries. Would recommend using that service. If this condo is available for you time you want to visit, I would look no further! This is the best place in the whole island!!!
