Cons- WiFi did not work the entire stay. Staff could not fix and nothing really was done to compensate for this issue. Elevator was down for most part of the stay. 5 floor hotel with plenty of steps. "De kamer was zeer mooi. Alles zag er redelijk nieuw uit. Het ontbijt viel echter wat tegen. Bepaalde dingen uit het buffet die op waren werden niet aangevuld. De keuze was ook vrij beperkt. Avondeten was dan wel weer OK. "

"Good hotel a little way out of cochem but we had a lovely one night stay nice little touches, wine water & 2 chocolates in the fridge, lovely breakfast and a nice departing gift of an apple bottle of water & biscuit"

"Im großen und Ganzen hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt. Wir waren im Gästehaus untergebracht, unser Zimmer hatte einen eigenen Balkon der bepflanzt und mit Möbeln ausgestattet war. Für das Frühstück musste man ein Stück die Straße hinunter ins Haupthaus. Dieses war sehr frisch und zweckmäßig. Die Frühstücksdame und ihre Helferin waren sehr bemüht und mega nett 👍👍👍 Die Lage des Hotels ist super, man ist direkt an der Mosel, im Weinberg und nach Cochem kann man laufen wenn man gut zu Fuß ist...

"The room was clean, but the mini fridge was left unplugged and someone left food in it so it continued to make the room smell horrible. We had to wait a while at the front desk, because the lady was outside and didn’t hear the bell ring multiple times. Didn’t like that the door was a key. So if there’s more than one person staying and someone left and the other stayed, the other was locked in basically. Wish we were able to use the spa but nothing showed how, and waiting at the front desk was a...
