About this property

Mediterranean flair above the rooftops of Cochem's old town

  • Welcome to our enchanting holiday apartment, where Mediterranean flair meets romantic charm!
Nestled on the third floor of a historic townhouse from 1896, this spacious 90 sqm retreat offers peace and comfort above the rooftops of Cochem – all while being right in the heart of the action.

Elegantly furnished, the apartment leaves nothing to be desired and is the perfect place for unforgettable moments. It features two inviting, colorfully decorated bedrooms, a generous living room, an elegant dining area, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. A daylight bathroom with a washing machine completes the space.

Spend quality time on the large rooftop terrace, which is shared with the guests of the second apartment. Surrounded by lush vineyards, the atmosphere is nothing short of breathtaking.

The larger bedroom offers a comfortable double bed with high-quality cold foam single mattresses, while the smaller bedroom features a double bed with a premium one-piece cold foam mattress. Both rooms are equipped with whisper-quiet ceiling fans to keep you cool on warm days, spacious wardrobes, and blackout blinds for restful sleep.

The spacious living room invites you to relax with a cozy sofa set for up to six people. Enjoy movie nights on the flat-screen TV or your favorite music through the Bluetooth tower. The charming country-style dining area is perfect for lively meals with friends or romantic dinners for two.

The modern high-gloss kitchen, complete with dishwasher, is a dream come true for hobby chefs and leaves nothing to be desired. From here, you have direct access to the rooftop terrace where you can soak in the views of the idyllic vineyards.

Let yourself be enchanted by this special place and enjoy unforgettable days in Cochem!

The holiday apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic old town house dating back to 1896. For this reason, climbing stairs is necessary.

Due to its location in the historic town center, there is no parking available at the house. You can conveniently park at the City Parking, which is just a 5-minute walk away, for only 5.00 euros per day

We had an amazing time in Cochem! It was our favorite part of the trip. The apartment was in a great location to shops, cafes and restaurants. It was perfect for cooking at home some and eating out. It was close to bike rentals, boat rides, and hiking! We had an amazing time here!!!

Prachtige, ruime woning in hartje Cochem

Great stay in Cochem

This property has everything that you need for a few days stay. It was very clean, tidy and spacious. We did have difficulty in locating the apartment from the instructions provided possibly because we came from a different direction. The housekeeper also does not speak English so to let her know that we were delayed was impossible. Thank goodness for the Tourist Information Office!

Komplett eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht.

Boven verwachting ruim appartement. Prijs/kwaliteit zeer goed. Zelfs een ruim dakterras inbegrepen!! Nieuwe keuken, fijne bedden. TOP
