uper hotel med pragtfuld beliggenhed ved Mosel.
5 skønne dage på dette hotel som simpelthen ligger midt i det hele. Tæt til shopping, tæt til sejlture på Mosel. Super at tage toget til Trier. Koblenz kørte vi hil i bil. Hotellet kan varmt anbefales til alle.

Gute Lage, tolle Sicht auf die Burg und Mosel, sehr nette Mitarbeiterinnen. Gutes Frühstück.
Zugang zu den Zimmern an der Kasse vorbei durch aber ein nicht so edles Treppenhaus.
Zimmer gut, eine Bettdecke war innen extrem fleckig, verantwortlich sei der Mietbettenservice - ich empfehle diesen zu wechseln oder die Betten genau zu kontrollieren. Das Bett wurde ausgetauscht und zum Trost gabs noch ein Betthupferle..
Na ja, da hatte die Reaktion auch anders ausfallen können. ( zB ein Getränk, man lerne bei der Reklamationfreundlichkeit, wie es in den USA läuft.)
Ich würde wieder hingehen. Die Bewertung ist gut aber klar nicht sehr gut.

Nice Room with a good view, the balkon was great. Could not bee more central in the city.
the entrance for the hotel was trigi, had a elevator to the 1 floor, and then you have to take your lucgage to the next levels.

Sehr schöner Urlaub zu zweit in Corona-Zeiten
Im Hotel sind viele Treppenstufen zu bewältigen. Uns hat es nicht gestört, aber man sollte es wissen.
Wir hatten „trotz“ Corona einen tollen Aufenthalt ohne Beanstandungen, von Anfang an wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen.
Das Frühstück war nicht in Buffett-Form, es wurde alles zum Tisch gebracht. Dabei haben wir alles bekommen, was wir uns wünschten und es wurde immer darauf geachtet, dass es an nichts fehlt.
Unser Zimmer war ebenfalls sehr schön, vom Balkon Richtung Straße und Mosel konnte man auf die Reichsburg schauen. Mit geschlossenen Fenstern war so gut wie nichts von der Straße zu hören.
Von der zum Restaurant gehörenden Pizzeria hatten wir zweimal eine Pizza mit auf dem Zimmer-Balkon und waren sehr zufrieden.
Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral, direkt am Busbahnhof und an einer Brücke über die Mosel. Parken konnten wir ein paar Meter weiter.
Alles zusammen genommen war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub, wir werden das Hotel mit Sicherheit wieder nutzen.
