"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Stumbergers in Cochem. The rooms were comfortable, the breakfast was fresh and plentiful, and the service was excellent throughout our visit. "The castle view room is worth it. The balcony is as nice to relax on at night. There is no A/C, however there was a fan in the room. It didn’t keep the room cold could probably use a bigger one or a second fan in the room. We had a very early train and the hotel accommodated a very early breakfast for us. Excellent location, quiet area within walking distance of everything - highly recommend."

"Room was exceptionally spacious with sofa and balcony. Swimming pool was quiet, relaxing and water temperature and was just right. Daily cleaning was excellent. Cleaner very helpful. The stand out was the restaurant. Breakfast was plentiful and comprehensive. We dined each evening of our seven night stay. The range of food on the menu was impressive and the quality first class. Obviously a very accomplished chef. Restaurant staff could not have been more helpful and cheerful. They showed it was a happy place to work.
