Super cute hotel staff was nice. Breakfast was really yummy. However, the mattress our bed had felt like springs a little tough on the body and the top sheet was in the closet so we didn’t have it on the bed and we woke up freezing in the middle of the night and couldn’t find our top sheet.

This was by far the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. Thomas and Rose took great care of me and my group. They checked in with us daily and were so helpful and quick with anything we needed. The breakfast buffet was top notch, you cannot miss it! The bartenders are fantastic as well, and the spa was a great experience. The room was just what I needed, very comfy bed and very sleek and roomy bathrooms. I highly recommend this property for the overall great experience and incredible location, walkable to so much.

nestled near train street this little gem of a hotel was amazing, the staff were very helpful and friendly with well spoken English. the lobby is beautifully decorated and the room we had was clean and modern with a massive king bed. Roof top bar and pool view was just of more rooftops but your in Hanoi's old qtr so thats expected but 360 degree views of the city. breakfast is a reasonable buffet with an added menu to select some freshly cooked items and freshly made coffees, if wanted. (maybe don't believe the pictures on some things) and make sure you specify hot or cold for your coffee choice. but seriously these are very minor things. trains street (nearest attraction) is one street over, 5-10 min walk turning right out of hotel brings you to the crossing.
