We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Dolce by Wyndham and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. From the moment we arrived, the hotel made us feel welcome with a personalized message in our room, which was a thoughtful and warm gesture. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and cozy, making it easy to relax after a day out. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless, efficient, and completely hassle-free. The hotel is conveniently located close to shops and restaurants, which made getting around and finding dining options very easy. We also enjoyed the lake view. Although the lake is relatively small, it still provides a pleasant and peaceful atmosphere. The only suggestion we have for the management would be to offer more vegetarian food options, as the current selection is somewhat limited. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would happily recommend Dolce by Wyndham to anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located place to stay.

The shining hotel was a lovely place to stay in Hanoi. The rooms and staff were lovely and really enjoyed the pool/bar area, especially at night. The staff were fantastic as it was very hot and they did a great job up there

"Hotel was empty when I arrived. No one to check in with. Elderly man came from the rear and said, insistently, I was in the wrong hotel and should go next door. I showed him my booking and photo of the hotel. Young man arrived and gave me a room key. The room was good, clean, nice linen, good bathroom. ..."
