"Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war prima. Durch die Lage in der Innenstadt konnte man alles super zu Fuß erreichen, Umfeld der Wohnung war okay und ein Parkaus direkt um die Ecke. Der Hausflur und vor allem der Hof (hatte ich auf den Fotos als Balkon interpretiert) könnte besser gepflegt sein. Leider ..."
