"There wasn’t a coffee maker when we arrived, and the one later provided was leaking. We had to request another one afterward. It also felt like the appliances weren’t properly maintained, and there were no cupboards in the kitchen. They provided the hotel extension number information, but there was no phone in the room. Had to contact them by email because nobody answered the hotel phone number. The shower in the master bedroom didn’t work well, and the balcony hadn’t been cleaned — there were leaves and branches left on the table and chairs. Even the check-out process at the end wasn’t smooth. They provided the receipt with wrong information."
