- The villa is located approximately seven minutes by car from the centre of Santa Teresa and is designed for up to four guests. It includes two king bedrooms with air conditioning and private bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, Starlink Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, laundry facilities and private parking.
Outside, you can enjoy the private swimming pool, ocean views, outdoor dining area, BBQ and pool table. There is also a separate outdoor bathroom beside the pool.
Please note that a 4x4 vehicle is required to reach the property because the hillside access road is steep and rough in places.
