Located in Mal Pais, a few minutes from Santa Teresa, Nicoya Villas is a beautiful 4 villa property with a pool and teak gazebo that was just built in 2019. There is staff on site! Come experience our hospitality and you can check out guests reviews on our Facebook page and on Google.
The 1st floor has a full bathroom, 2 guest rooms with 2 queen size beds each, the kitchen and dining area. The 2nd floor has a loft tv area and master bedroom with ensuite bathroom! Desk area with chair.
We offer Golf Cart rentals with surf racks, ATVs, and scooter rentals. Wi-fi and cable included.
Each unit is private, but the pool, garden and teak gazebo area are communal areas.
The entire property can be rented for yoga/jiu jitsu retreats!
