The road to the property is in bad shape. but it has nothing to do with the actual property. "A few things aren't going to be perfect in a community in the middle of the jungle. With that expectation this was more than what we thought it would be. Close to beach and not far from downtown Tulum. Very nice place."

"David was a great host. The private cenote is very nice and relaxing. The jungle cabin is very basic if that is what you are looking for, no option for cooking. We enjoyed being able to unplug for the night and listen to the monkeys and birds from the nearby sanctuary. "
