Realice un viaje familiar, al acudir a la alberca notamos que estaba sucia, con basura de arboles. No había personal de servicio en el área para solicitar bebidas y/o alimentos, durante el desayuno no fue claro que había restricciones referente al cupón de desayunos de cortesía.

PESIMO SERVICIO!!!

Pesimo servicio Le recepcioniste del turno de la tarde no habia dado de alta mis datos ni la tarjeta de entrada a la habitacion siendo mi segundo dia en el hotel, le pedi un taxy y no se si lo pidio ya que estuve esperando media hora por lo que tuve que salir a agarrar uno en la calle a exponerme, todo lo demas muy bien a excepcion de esa recepcionista

Cómo siempre un excelente servicio, y los chilaquiles exquisitos como siempre, solo debe decir que deberían poner calefacción en la alberca, porque en las dos veces que me he quedado está muy fría en la noche, pero fuera de eso todo bien.

En general, el hotel está bien. Nuestra habitación se veía cansada, con olor a humedad. Bien para el precio. Personal muy amable, muy bien el desayuno que nos incluyó la tarifa. La ubicación a nosotros nos convenía, pues veníamos de carretera y llegamos solo a dormir. Esta muy lejos de la playa y de la zona hotelera.

I wont come back

The hotel is old and ugly and has a very very low quaity, it is like a motel and the pictures dont reflect the real hotel. My reservation included breakfast for me and my kids but when I arrived the hotel didnt wanted to give me free breakfast to my children because they argued it was never included. I have to make the entire process on my phone to show them that the breakfast was offered for 4 people. They make me fee like it was a favor! Horrible

El servicio de recepción completamente NEFASTO.. Realmente considero que para tan bonito lugar existan personas con este tipo de atención, sabiendo que son "la cara" del hotel. El servicio a cuarto igual de mal.. y peor aún el desayuno.. Estoy completamente seguro que no vuelvo a ir a ese lugar. Y eso que les reservé 1 semana, primero 3 noches y despues otras 3.. pero que pena..

Limpio y agradable

Hotel a buen precio, cómodo, limpio y céntrico. La alberca es muy bonita, el restaurant-bar es agradable, con precios accesibles. El personal es muy amable. Las habitaciones son cómodas y limpias. El desayuno está incluído, el estacionamiento y el hotel en general es amplio. Tiene tiendas de conveniencia alrededor, está al lado de la gasolinera y está en la calle que lleva al malecón costero.
