Often I’m exited to visit a hotel and a bit disappointed and I blame my excitement. Not the case here every part was awesome. Thanks

We didnt breakfast but it looked good, everybody seemed happy enough, AC was good and worked as expected

Nice hotel - but if you’re looking at staying closer to more local trendy shops the museum then not the best area. This area is more touristy

We booked a room on floor 14 with a river view. It is an extra £20 per night but it’s worth every penny. The staff are so kind and helpful giving us oat milk for the tea in our room and replenishing everything and tidying it all each day of our 4 night stay. The only reason for not giving it full marks is that it would have been good to have a mini fridge for our milk alternative and the cabinetry had the space and a socket for one so couldn’t fathom why it was missing as it’s a basic standard in hotels at this level. But perhaps they are still cutting the rooms out. A very pleasant stay and will stay again.

The hotel was beautiful, however dropping off luggage is a bit difficult if you have your own car. Part of the side street was closed off so that was useful for our drop off needs, but if it hadn’t been then we would have had some issues. The parking wasn’t too far thankfully and relatively inexpensive with the hotel discount. Breakfast was good as well.
