"Great location, amazing restaurant / bar on the 21st floor and within 15 min walk to Malecon. Spacious rooms no problems at all Bonus pool and gym !"

"Hotel is in a good area, they don t have a ramp to carry up your luggage but the doorman or porter will help you out. The only “bad experience” was that I asked front desk for a plug converter, because THEIR iron would not fit in THEIR wall plugs, the front desk person said we ll send someone up but that someone never showed up. Other than that little issue it was all good. There is a mall in walking distance, 4-5 blocks away, an OXXO as well."
