"This was our 5th year staying at the Cape View. It's always clean, well taken care of inside and out and the staff are great. It's close to Head of the Meadow, Race Point and Herring Cove beaches. The rooms with a kitchenette or the studio apartment come with everything you need to cook including gadgets and wine glasses. The pool is clean and the view of Provincetown Harbor is amazing. We love it so much we hate to let everyone in on our little secret motel for fear that we won't get availability when we need it lol"

"We loved our little cottage at Prince of Whales. We had our two dogs with us and it was very pet friendly. I loved how the small space was designed with a small kitchen and cute bathroom. It was nice and quiet."

"Hi. Communication with the host was easy via VRBO. I was to retrieve the front door key via a box opened by a four digit code and I had some difficulty with that; fortunately, a neighbor helped me. The cottage, although small, was very comfortable, spic and span clean and met my needs; the tiny bathroom worked perfectly and the shower was EXCELLENT, with quick and plenty of hot water. In the back of the cottage is an outdoor shower, which I didn't use. In the kitchen, I could have used more cups. Although there is a stove there, there were no instructions on how to use it. I think it was a gas stove, but there were no usable matches nearby, so I made coffee and heated soup and pastry in the microwave which was very convenient. The host left some fresh orange juice/milk/eggs in the refrigerator which was a very welcome treat.The cottage is right by the Shore Road so I availed myself of the free shuttle to travel to the nearby free beach/Provincetown and Salty Market This cottage is in a group of condominiums and I felt very safe and had total privacy. I would highly recommend this property."

"This was a hidden gem. The location is great and we had everything we needed. Yes, it's cozy but great for our girls weekend. Great access to both the beach and the free shuttle into Provincetown. Nice to have the outdoor furniture and Sarah was a breeze to work with. Fast communication and we are looking forward to coming back next year"

"Very nice property. They only give you 1 towel and wash clothes for the week, which I thought was kinda lame. When I asked for new towels they said they come with a charge."
