Very nice and comfy hotel in the old quarter. Breakfast was good, staff was helpful, especially Ms. Bright, who helped me with a pen and paper. Overall very good place for the price.

Super accommodating staff! Location was amazing and room was very clean and comfortable.

We had a two night stay at Rex Hanoi Hotel and were very impressed from the moment we arrived with all the fabulous staff who were so helpful. We had booked a deluxe room and although it was a little tight,it was clean,tidy and the bathroom was all we needed.The hotel was situated in a very central location being close to many attractions and great restaurants.The hotel amenities were great the indoor pool we didn’t use but loved the rooftop bar with plenty of seating with incredible views,our buffet breakfast was fantastic with many options available.We would definitely stay here again

Our room was not clean when we arrived. We had to get housekeeping to wash the cups and spoons. They look was dirty and had to be swept. The cooked breakfast was always cold. We ordered eggs which was made on request. The chef Jamie was lovely and made me very good Pho. Sometimes we had to go to theirsister hotel for breakfast as there were not many guests. Definitely not a 5 star hotel.
