Manhattan7 nights9.0/10 - Wonderful (2,049 reviews)"The staff, Kevin Buestan, is the rudest and condescending front desk person I’ve ever met in New York. We travel to NY on a regular basis and stayed at different hotels. We chose Shelbourne Sonesta this time because the room floor plans are big compare to other new hotels. I won’t be coming back to this hotel and WILL NOT recommend because of how Kevin treated us. We booked 3 rooms for 6 nights, so it wasn’t cheap. But we didn’t get the standard treatment with courtesy. The lady manager was nice..."Reviewed May 19, 2026Return • Melbourne (MEL) - New York (JFK)MEL - JFK • 2 stops JFK - MEL • 2 stopsAU$3,234AU$2,489found 1 day agoper traveller - NobleDEN Hotel
