"Didn't reserve parking space as agreed. Very poor mattress which was changed but still slopy. Poor peeling wallpaper, in our room.and in main areas. No parasols besides pool area. Poor outside, neglected needs a good clean and revamp. Roast dinner on Sunday was perfect along with Happy hour!!"

"Lovely experience from start to finish. Easy check in, parking right by the lodge we'd booked and very peaceful and quiet. No air con in the lodge but we'd taken our own fan, only to find several already there. Lovely seating area outside and whilst we didn't use the self catering facilities everything ..."

Asked for alternative but as hotel was full we couldn’t change rooms Breakfast is a bit chaotic and room stifling hot Overall every year sadly, it just get a little worse Needs some tlc Outside ..."
