Great little hideaway, with lots of lovely walks for our furry friends.
Great little hideaway, with lots of lovely walks for our furry friends. The cottage had fantastic views and was a real home from home.Owner couldn't do enough for us and provided so much information and left a lovely welcoming hamper.Slight downside was the very steep steps to the property and a bit precarious when wet.

Unfortunately storm darragh hit just as we arrived and we lost electric for 3 days. Luckily enough Darren had plenty of logs for the woodburner that kept us warm for the 3 days we were without power. A kindly neighbour brought us some candles in on the Saturday evening so we had light. The walks in the local area were lovely although it was a shame to see the amount of trees that had been blown over in the winds. We wanted to walk the llyn-y-fran reservoir but it was closed due to the storm as was many places we visited during our week at y-teras. Darren kindly offered us 2 extra nights free due to the power cut and we stayed an extra night as we had other commitments on the weekend. The views from the balcony are beautiful although due to the weather we didn't use it but in the summer it would be fantastic to sit out with a bottle of wine.

We have had an absolutely wonderful week in this stunning cottage and equally stunning location.
We have had an absolutely wonderful week in this stunning cottage and equally stunning location. The owners are so friendly and full of helpful information. They are really keen for you to enjoy your stay in their beautiful cottage.
The cottage is of an excellent standard equipped with everything and more you could possibly think of. It is both dog and child friendly within a stones throw of a friendly welcoming pub (also dog friendly). There is a playground within a minutes walk which kept our 7 and 4 year old busy in between our day trips out. There are beautiful walks and a quarry to take a dip in! We also took advantage of the cheese shop a 3 minute walk from the cottage. You are able to sample their range of delicious cheeses before buying.
Y Teras is close to the many beautiful and dog friendly beaches great for body and skin boarding.
Narbeth is a short drive with lovely places to eat and a great Tapas bar/ deli. Tenby and Saundersfoot are within easy reach and make a great day out.
Folly farm and Oakwood are also close by.
We can't recommend this property enough we can't wait to return! (You can access the property if needed with out using the steps in front).

We had a wonderful holiday at Y Teras.
We had a wonderful holiday at Y Teras. The cottage was clean well furnished, well laid out and had all the amenities that anyone could need. Bedrooms were spacious , clean and comfortable. The kitchen well equipped and the living room was very comfortable with excellent views. The views were even more enjoyable when sitting on the veranda.
The location of the cottage provides a pretty central location to enjoy the surrounding area and the local beaches.
We would be more than happy to return to Y Teras in the future.
