Staff were friendly and the room was spacious and modern. Unfortunately, the standard of servicing in the rooms was poor. I also hoped for better views for the price per night.

Great room, but absolutely not worth the price. We paid over $900 a night for the "Alpine View" but it was more of a "Carpark View". There's also a nice big window in the room directly looking at the toilet so you can watch your partner's facial expressions while they relieve themselves - very romantic 😌 to be fair they do provide a curtain upon request. Staff were the highlight, they're all very lovely, welcoming and accommodating but at this price the hotel itself is absolutely not worth it.

A beautiful apartment, great views, and very responsive staff. We stayed as a family of four and the room set up was perfect for us - a real added bonus with the garage, washer, and dryer too.
