"Travelling through a storm on motorcycles looking for somewhere to stay, we came across this GEM. What a fantastic place, the host (Olga) couldn’t have been more helpful, we ended up staying here for 3 days as it was perfect location and we were made to feel at home, the village has some nice shops and restaurants to visit, which is only a 3 minute walk away. "Pros: A beautiful small apartment with a great view over Bormio and surrounding mountains. The apartment was very new, modern and with all necessary equipment (kitchen tools, washing machine,…) one can think of. We were offered a big inside parking spot where we could also safely store our bikes. Generally speaking, the host family is probably the nicest family in Bormio offering all kinds of help and making you feel home. Cons: For us the bed and also pillows were too hard."
