"Check in communication was great and it was easy to park the car.Due to recent snow fall it was possible to ski in and out which was a bonus. Unfortunately on arrival we found that the previous guests had left parts of the apartment uncleaned and the concierge had missed this. When making the bed upstairs I found biscuit wrappers and crumbs, dust and hair. More attention to detail is required. We contacted the host who was very apologetic.
