Lol et Lola Hotel is a great place to stay!

Excellent friendly service, comfortable stay (4 nights), tasty hot breakfast every morning. The hotel is close walking distance away from the University, where my conference was held. Good places to eat dinner nearby.

We stayed at Let et Lola for 4 nights while visiting Cluj. The hotel is a bit hard to find upon first arrival as there is sign on the main street showing which way to go but then you drive down a narrow alley to a gate that has no sign on it so it's a bit confusing. Upon entry to the gated area, the hotel is right in front of you, with lots of parking. The rooms are of a good size and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast options were varied and of high quality. Staff was great. The only things that was a bit annoying was that there is a smoking area just outside the front door. We are non- smokers and it seems that many people in Romania smoke so it was a problem for us at restaurants as well, but the smoke from the smoking areas at the hotel floated upwards into the hotel room if the window open. Overall good value for the hotel room and we would stay here again if we returned to Cluj.

Attitude issue

I am coming to this hotel every time when i travel to Cluj-Napoca and this time i had a very bad experience with the receptionist. Considering taht the TV in my room had some technical issues, i went to reception and asked if i can watch a football game on the TV that was located in the lobby. The receptionist told me that is not possible to change the TV to the specific network (??!!). I didn't have any problem with this but the problem was receptionist's attitude and lask of respect when she addressed me.

A nice surprise

this hotel was a nice surprise. it's very friendly, breakfast was great and they have parking spots. just one "thing": it might be difficult to find it if you miss the street where is located

Clean, friendly staff and very helpfull, very quiet since it’s situated on a smaller street but getting through the gate with the car from the street is impossible since the space is very tight! So you have to would have to enter from a street further up! Besides that it was great, great amenities, great breakfast
