"Upon arrival at 1130 pm our room as well as several others had not been cleaned. The night staff was scrambling to clean our room. Was told they had several late minute bookings My main concern is do they routinely leave rooms dirty overnight if they don’t book them. "

"The room was disgusting. It had used soap bars in the shower that also looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or wiped down in months. The room smelled so musty/moldy and everything felt damp. The floor had a soft spot on it near the a/c unit. We needed to switch to a different room which was not much better but at least looked clean(er) and like the bed had been made. It still smelled and we all woke up with sore throats and stuffy noses from the mold I assume. We would have left the hotel had it not been a very late check in and our young children were exhausted from a long car trip. Never again will I stay at a Wingate by Windham. The desk attendant was nice but he did not seem surprised at our concerns at all so the must get this a lot. Definitely avoid at all costs."

"Overall it was a good stay. The shower heat and water pressure were not great. You could also tell the house was pet friendly as there was hair all over the rugs etc. Dryer handle was broken. Really great location though! "
