  • Enjoy a quiet and calming stay just a short drive from Pacific City/Cape Kiwanda! This home has all the essentials for a weekend getaway with the family. It consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a spacious living room, and an expansive private deck with outdoor dining and views toward the Sand Lake estuary — a great place for morning coffee, family meals, relaxing after the beach, or watching the sunset. Main floor includes: the dining room, fully equipped kitchen, private outdoor deck, 2 bedrooms, and a full bathroom.
    Upstairs includes: 2 bedrooms, 2nd full bathroom.
    Sleeps 9 adults.
    Has lots of parking , even enough to have two truck and trailers. - NO smoking, vaping, marijuana, or other drugs are allowed inside.
    - Please be careful and do NOT go beyond the fence barrier.
    - The home has a pretty narrow uphill driveway so keep that in mind when booking.
    - Pets are allowed in the garage but not inside the home. Please make sure to pick up after them. Any messes may result in extra fees.
