All the staff were super friendly and accommodating!! Housekeeping could use more training. For a boutique hotel, the cleanliness in the rooms and elevators was subpar. The house was fantastic and was in a great location. Everything was decorated for Mardi Gras and was festive to fit the occasion. As an added bonus, the artwork was phenomenal, and I was able to buy the COOLEST Santa to take back home to add to my collection!
