"Ivory’s house is a perfect peaceful hideaway with fantastic views! The property is fenced all the way around except for the driveway which has a cattle grate making it a very safe place for my dog to run free without worry. From beautiful tidal walks to enjoying sitting in the warm sunporch, we had a lovely stay! Hoping to come again. Highly recommend. "

"The setting for the house couldn’t have been better for what we were wanting. It was off the beaten touristy track, and the view from every part of the property was spectacular! "We had the pleasure of staying in this house for three weeks and really enjoyed it. The house is spacious, comfortable, well equipped for cooking, very light and with magnificent views both in good and bad weather. We were told to contact Karen but no phone number left asking local neighbours did they now any phone numbers and one neighbour new the cleaner and she gave us the code to access the property. For the 4 days we were there nobody contacted us or check if we were even there So check in procedure very poor when you’ve been travelling 13hours"

"What a great stay! My daughters said it was the best place we stayed on our whole trip, and wish we stayed longer. We loved the remote location and beautiful setting. It is just a short walk past fields of grazing sheep and cows to Carrowinsky Strand, which is a stunning beach. The owner provided a packet with helpful information in nearby Louisburgh.
