"First of all, the staff was great! All of them! We have stayed at this hotel for many years, several times during baseball season. However we were unable to do so the last 3 years due to health issues. We were excited to go back this week and were very disappointed. Many issues with the room. The bathroom was dirty and we had to clean it. The bath scales were extremely dirty and wouldn't work. The rolled up hand towels or soaking wet. There was garbage on the floor in the hallway. Also we were looking forward to the lodge diner for a nice sit-down breakfast in the morning before heading to the tiger game. Only to find that it was closed. And there was no other option for breakfast at the facility except breakfast sandwiches. And there's no longer room service available. There was also strong marijuana smell in the hallway every time we left our room. Unfortunately we have no desire to stay there again. It's sad because we had such good memories there."

"We had a nice stay. Only things worth mentioning were the outlets in the bathroom area didn't work and the thermostat was low on battery. Everything else was just fine for our stay."

"We did not try bar or restaurant. The restaurant doesn’t open till 5pm for dinner so if you’re wanting to catch an early dinner you will either need to bring in or find somewhere else to eat. "

"We had a beautiful suite on floor 7M!! AMAZING!! Only 2 rooms on this floor. Breakfast was delicious and go shopping at the Shinola store you won't be disappointed!!"
