Located in the small town of Clinton KY this Tiny home is located right on the Scenic Trail of Tears, and only 15 mins away from Columbus State Park and only 30 mins to Union City, TN or Paducah, KY. For those who want adventure Area 252 Riding Park is only 20 minutes away. Built in October of 2025. Brand new. Built on our family farm

Looking for something quiet and tranquil but still a short drive to all the fun things this is the place.

Two bedrooms with the master being a queen size bed and guest is a full size bed, one bathroom, kitchen and living area.
