"Comfortable clean room for one night stay. Staff friendly. "

"As soon as I walked into the room, I knew something was not right. There was no bedspread on the bed, and there were three pillows, only two of which were in pillowcases, sitting on the nightstand stand. I just assumed they were trying to save money by cutting back on linens. I grabbed one of the pillows and started to take a nap and shortly thereafter discovered a bug crawling on my arm. I looked inside the pillow case and saw one other live bug and two dead ones. The room also did not have a phone which was unusual for Motel 6. It just felt like I got the room on the end that was devoted to hourly rate customers. I complained at the desk and they assigned me to a new room which did in fact match my normal Motel 6 expectations. I have no idea what was going on with that first room assignment. "

"The pictures make it look better than it really is. It’s right off the highway which made the stay very noisy with trucks driving by and horns being honk. I was convinced this was a hotel and it is definitely a motel which should be stated in the add for clarification. I tried to get a refund for the second night since I checked out on the first night and the property denied me a refund."

"Nice property. Arrives to late to take advantage of complimentary snack/drinks and only stayed one night. Breakfast buffet was sufficient for starting off the day."

"We checked in later in the afternoon. Decide to stay at the hotel for dinner instead of going out. We waited a long time at the bar to receive service from anyone. I approached the gentleman at the front desk and was told someone would be back soon. They were on break. We waited a while longer. We were told by other dinners we should probably go somewhere else if we expected good service in Jackson. They were correct! "

"Facility/rooms are worn/aging, needs patching/replacement. Maintenance entered room unannounced while in shower; claimed wrong room. Lots of yelling in hall and adjacent rooms between 2-3am Saturday night. Fire alarm went off at 5pm, 6pm and 4 am in one day; shut off each time. Ran out of coffee for 30+ minutes Saturday morning; NO in-room coffee makers. NO housekeeping during 4 night stay (stated as every-other day). Tub did not have a drain stop. Chose for affordability and location. Would not recommend for multiple night stay."
