"I was seeing a band in Brighton with my two teenagers and decided to try this hotel. We really liked it! It was very reasonably priced, extremely convenient location, and our Seaview balcony room was spotless and very spacious. I've only marked down one star for facilities as the trim on the shower screen didn't meet the bath and the floor got soaked when we showered, so we had to use all of the towels to mop it up. Other than that, fabulous, and we would definitely stay here again. We didn't eat in the hotel or use the bath facilities so cannot comment on that."
"Excellent attentive staff, always courteous and helpful, served in restaurant very efficiently
Room was comfortable and far better than Premier Inn next door!"
"When we arrived at the Beachcroft we discovered that our twin bedded room was on the first floor.
I made a request to change the room to one on the ground floor. The staff set to and prepared a ground floor room and arranged it as twin beds. This was achieved within 10 minutes of my request which I thought was excellent service.
We booked a table for dinner and were very impressed not only with the menu but with the level of service which was first class. We took dinner on the second night and were once again given a high level of service.
We would like to thank all of the staff for the service that we received. A very efficient hotel. We will definitely return and will pass on our experience to friends and family. "
"A great stay at one of our favourite hotels in Brighton. Staff are so friendly helpful and welcoming. Nice touches like curly wurly chocolate with the tea and cofffee and very quirky and unusual. Great location too. "
