The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn off propane, Clean the grill. There's a $25 charge if used and NOT cleaned. Wash any dirty dishes; can leave out to dry if needed - $15 fee if dirty dishes left behind.
Strip bedding; leave piled on bed. 4 Laundry pods are provided to get you started for your stay - 1 pod for each room & 1 pod for towels at checkout.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Do not park on the grass please. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper and NO GREASE down the drain.
No children should be left unattended. No parties. Please notify us of any damage when it happens. Call 911 in an emergency.
Do not disable the cameras or smoke detectors. Do not add or disable any locks. Absolutely no violence.
